If you choose to publish some homebrew, whether monster, item or spell, you are declaring it finished.
Think of it like selling some furniture to someone - if you later realise that you designed part of it badly, you can't go into their home and change the furniture they already bought and besides, even if you as the designer consider it wrong, they might LIKE it the way it is.
tl;dr - once published, if you want to make changes, you need to create a new version of the item.
I created a bag of endless rope. I was able to add it to my character and it looks like only the creator of an item is able to add/use it. If you look at the list of items it only shows 1 person has added most if not all of the homebrewed items. The create new version button does not work and I was unable to make the item public or add private use for my friends.

As was mentioned in the release notes - adding public homebrew is not yet available.
I cannot get past the welcome popover when I try to create a new homebrew spell (from a template or from scratch). I am using the Safari mobile browser on iPhone 6. There is no button to dismiss the modal and I tried tapping around behind the popular and that does not appear to dismiss it either. I have tried it in both mobile view and desktop view with the same issues.
A place to add in Homebrew languages would be awesome, as well as a way outside of the core rules to give characters extra languages besides their core starting ones.
I would love for people to be able to give feed back on individual homebrew content (not likes and dislikes). A sort of mini forum under each item, monster, and spell. And I would love to be able to edit something after I submit it, at least in the advanced setting for tags, and picture, and etc.

I know that additional ways to rate & feedback about homebrew are under consideration, but the staff want to be very careful not to introduce something that then needs to be taken away because it causes issues.
Is there- will there be a possibility within the monster creation to allow the scroll over information within the texts? If the monster has Darkvision, it already shows the information, i would like to have the same thing with certain words within my description texts.

You can absolutely do this, by using tags to add the tooltips, so your monsters can have Darkvision!

It's worth noting that this list isn't complete. For instance, you can use the skill tag for things like Persuasion. That's the only missing tag that I know of so far.

I know that a comments section under every item would be difficult for a number of reasons, but here are a couple of my suggestions for addressing a few of the potential ones: - Allow content creators to opt-in to the comments section, per homebrew entity. Some creators, like me, love feedback of all kinds. Others know that the things they are creating may not be accepted by the community at large, because what works in one campaign may not work in others. - Restrict the comments to people with a certain number of forum posts, or a certain number of creations of their own. This will filter out a large portion of spam, nonconstructive comments, and inappropriate content, reducing the amount of moderation that would need to be done on the comments either by the creators or site moderators. This could potentially also be set by the content creator if/when they "opt-in," so that if they're only interested in feedback from other creators, they can indicate as such.

Thanks and good spot - I have edited the post to add the skill tag. :)

Thanks for the spot - I've edited the thread so we have them all listed now.
I'm not sure if anyone's mentioned it before, but I believe adding a sort of scroll down menu within the monster creator for adding monster abilities like Rampage or Pounce with their description text already applied. That way, a creator can easier see every ability option a creature could have without consulting some outside source. I believe it could be convenient in comparison to having to search for or create an ability you may or may not know already exists, and copy-pasting or typing it out. Also, I believe a list like this could also go in the Monsters Tab, so people can easily see the description of all these abilities.
In 4e monster builder was cool feature that allowed to easily up monster levels. But now it seems to be impossible to add this feature.
I'm not sure why you think it's impossible?
It's been suggested a fair few times and I think that it would be a great feature and exactly the sort of thing that everyone would love to have as part of D&D Beyond.
Correct.

When Editing a homebrew item, Any Modifiers added will automatically be False in the "Requires Attunement" column.
I can't find a way to change this to "True" when editing the modifiers.
