I know this would likely be a difficult thing to do just for one race, but it would be nice if you could create "persona" character sheets for a changeling character. They would basically mirror the changeling except for race, description, and backstory. I know you could just manually edit each sheet to mirror the changeling sheet (or just set the character to private so they only see race/class), but it would be nice if there was a way to do this automatically. It would be especially helpful if you want to keep your changeling nature from the other players for a while.
Like I said, I know this would be a big feature to implement just for one race so I don't expect it to happen. I just think it would be a nice feature.
I handled this by making a copy of the character, and put the copy (with the persona information) into the campaign and keeping the original (real sheet) private.
I just... write down what the personas are in the Notes section of the character sheet because your statistics don't change.

What about with the new Changeling feat (the persona one). Does that not change the stats? Not sure how DnDbeyond records that. Plus, what if your different personas wear differnt armours/use different weapons.

Which feat are you referring to?
If different personas use different clothes and armor, then you track that equipment in your inventory, the same as any character would track having spare clothes or armor.
Yeah, Focused Persona. You definitely can track them in your inventory, but it can be a lot of faff for keeping track of what item/outfit is associated with each persona.
Interesting that it's not official. Didn't realise this.
If you buy anything on DM's Guild, its probably not official.
That said, Exploring Eberron is by Keith Baker, who created Eberron, so you can consider it canon as far as canon goes in Eberron (which is to say, he encourages people to customize the setting however they want). And the mechanics in the book, in my opinion, are balanced and well thought out.

Can Personas be an option in extra, like wildshape is for druids and beast companions for rangers?

Are you talking about Focused Persona from Exploring Eberron?
The D&D Beyond toolset does not support temporary effects for the proficiencies at this time.
Also, its not an official WotC book that DDB needs to support.

Yeah, that's what I'm doing too. My party only know one of my personas at the moment.
