So I've seen it said a little bit, but now that the book is out I feel like we can maybe discuss it better, but I feel like Fizban's basically just confirmed that we're getting a Greyhawk and Dragonlance setting at some point, maybe even next year. Anyone else agree, or disagree? It just feels pretty definite at this point to me. It also felt like it was setting up Planescape, but maybe that's just me.
The lore of dragons in both settings is specifically discussed, although not in a lot of detail, and they added dragonlances and other setting specific items as magical items.
Dragonlance was a given already, with the upcoming new novels. Greyhawk would be disappointing to me, another more or less generic heroic western fantasy setting will probably have little of interest.

I think that Dragonlance is on the list, but I don't think Greyhawk is. I really enjoyed Dragonlance as a setting and book series back in the 80's, but I don't really think it has much to offer 5e that we don't already have but I still think that we will get it.
I do think that Spelljammer is likely another one on the list thanks to the latest UA and it at least adds "Space Opera" as genre to the game.
We may want to temper our expectations a bit. It's fully possible they release an adventure in a setting rather than a full setting book.
And I agree that I'm not sure what new things Dragonlance would actually offer aside from maybe some monsters. No one wants Kender and we just got 38 kinds of dragonborn. Maybe a paladin subclass? I'd rather the full setting treatment be given to settings that are notably different rather than another flavor of basic fantasy.

A Dragonlance adventure in a setting book could be the case. Now that you say that, I fear that might be the "new format" they have been talking about. It probably isn't.
I never thought that. If we want to follow this same logic, the Tales of the Wandering Portal book basically "confirmed" that all of those settings would return, including Mystara.

I don’t have the book but why do you think those will come out? The PHB touched those settings as well.

Logical choice to be the next classic campaign settings released given their anniversary coming!
I have to agree. Although the new UA makes me think that Spelljammer is coming.
Spelljammer and Planescape possibly
