I bought the Hobgoblin race because I have one in my campaign yet it doesn't pop up for him even thoughi have campaign sharing on. Help?
Did he create the character sheet through the campaign? When on the campaign page there is a "join link" at the top-right. Provide this link to him. If he uses that link he will be given an option to create a character for the campaign - if he does he will be able to choose any races you have bought and shared through content sharing.
If you get the Hero tier subscription on a yearly plan, but eventually want to upgrade to Master, can that be done? Or do you wind up double paying/etc. I'm back into playing, and toying with the idea of starting a campaign in the next few months. I'd like to do the yearly subscription and upgrade if I decide to launch a campaign. :) This may be already answered, but my search string fu failed to turn up the answer.
You will have to add the mechanical bits using the homebrew tools. Alternatively, if you have a Hero Tier subscription here, you can use one of the werewolf homebrews already published here. NOTE: you need to get permission from you DM for any homebrew race; they may have a preference for which of the homebrews published here they want you to use. If they specified the one on the wiki, you will need to rebuild that here (not just copy and paste)
"Note that anything you spend on an element from a book reduces the cost of purchasing the whole book if you decide to do so later. This is also true of bundles: for example, if I purchase the Tabaxi race now for $1.99, the cost of the race bundle from Volos is reduced by that amount (from $9.99 to $8.00) "
I wanted to ask this question, but you already answered it for me. Thanks!
Hey Everyone, I’m new to DDB and I am really enjoying seeing an active and friendly RP community.
I have question/category that I believe is talked about above (with the digital/hard copy maps) but not specifically mentioned in your pricing models. I played years ago when I was a kid and am just now jumping back into it (thanks to Critical Role - their DDB plugs have worn me down). Now my wife and oldest kid have decided to join in with me and I’m looking at using DDB to make the leap. I have PDFs of most everything but I want it all official and integrated because... 2018. Since content sharing violates the Terms of Service (as clarified in previous posts), is your recommendation that we sub the Master Tier and purchase content on one account, and then make two more free accounts?
I think that’s an obvious “yes,” but I wanted to ensure I wasn’t overlooking a cheaper/more practical option.
All that said, I’d definitely spring for a family account tier (like iTunes family share). Any bumps on a Hero, Master, and Clan subscription option?
Lastly, if I buy one item, like the PHB, will a bundle be cheaper later...?
J/K, I’m sorry - I read it too many times to not throw it in there!
Thanks again, and a very well done to ArwensDaughter.
Yes, the easiest and cheapest way to share purchased content is via a Master Tier subscription. The limit for it is 3 campaign slots (max of 12 character per campaign).
Hey thanks for the info helped a lot, Im currently a DM and have been playing with my party about 1 year it's the first time I have ever played and wished I started sooner! I just want to clarify before I try and get my players on board. If everyone in my campaign buys separate content (Sue buys the PHB, Aaron buys the MM, Betty buys Volo's, etc.) does there only need to be one player in that campaign with a Master tier subscription in order for everyone to have access to each others content? or does everyone with separate content need have a master subscription in order to share there individual content that they purchased?
I hope I have explained my question correctly, and I understand you have explained this topic already I just want to be sure before my party and I commit to this.

You just need only 1 player (or the DM) to have the Master Tier to enable the sharing for all the campaign 's participants.
Dandwiki is widely criticized and looked down upon for a few main reasons: it does a terrible job of distinguishing its homebrew as being homebrew, and there's a ton of very poorly balanced homebrew on there (with no mechanism for feedback or ratings that would indicate how unbalanced or low most of it is).

Sweet! Sadly, counting pennies these days. :D
Where do I go to see about buying a werewolf as a race?
Werewolf does not exist as an officially released race.
There is a section dedicated to players affected by lycanthropy in the Monster Manual, but you should then recreate it as a homebrew race.
How do I do that? :( DnDWiki has it as a race though.... https://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Lycanthrope_(5e_Race) unless it's an unofficial?
Here you can create your race: https://www.dndbeyond.com/homebrew/creations/create-race
As I said, there is no official Werewolf race.
At the bottom of that wiki page you linked, it does state it's 5e homebrew. You can use what filcat linked to recreate it.
So pretty much Copy Paste it from the wiki page?

Any guesses if there'll be a Cyber Monday sale again this year?
Trying to budget some money for dnd beyond since it's been pretty useful as a free user, and haven't seen any official word on it.
I don't know about a cybermonday sale but isn't the coupon code samisourhero for 25% off still valid.
There is a thread if you search for coupon you can find it they usually have the currently active codes but remember they only work once.
