All bonus actions that a character can perform are based on their species, class, and any feats they might have. That includes some spells that have a bonus action casting time, and certain abilities that are specific to your subclass if you have one yet. For example, if you're a Battle Smith you can use a bonus action to issue a command to your Steel Defender.

Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.
Not that I'm aware of, but beyond spells, but there isn't a lot.
You can:
Make a second attack if you are holding two light weapons using the other weapon than the one you used for your attack with your Attack Action.
If you're an Armourer, you can deploy or retract your helmet.
If you're an Artillerist, you can instruct your Eldritch Canon to move up to 15ft (if it has legs) and/or Activate.
If you're a Battle Smith, you can issue a command to your Steel Defender, so it may perform any Action other than Dodge.
You can cast a spell that has a casting time of one Bonus Action.
Other than those...not much. Nothing else comes to mind. If you're a Hadozee, you can use your foot to perform an Item Interaction as a Bonus Action, and other races have additional options and certain feats as well...but otherwise, I can't think of anything.
If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
This is why you play a Goblin (from M3). Nimble Escape is an excellent way to make use of the action economy.
Yup, I've got a Goblin Gloomstalker (a temporary divergence to OT) build I'd love to try, but need the right campaign for. Unfortunately, it's pretty dependent on being in Darkness, and that's a rare condition in my experience - at least, for it to be the case for the large majority of a campaign.

I got the short list of articifer spells for bonus actions.
Is there a list of any bonus actions, non spell, I can do in a round?
On your character sheet under Actions, choose Bonus Actions. It provides you the full list for all bonus actions you can do.

BoringBard's long and tedious posts somehow manage to enrapture audiences. How? Because he used Charm Person, the #1 bard spell!
He/him pronouns. Call me Bard. PROUD NERD!

No matter what kind of Artificer you play, if you have a Homunculus Servant you can command it as a Bonus Action.
