Why are there no Homebrew Classes? While there are numerous different races and some subclasses. There are no Classes aside the standard ones? Are those not wished or a future content?
Each class has its own specific set of rules and formulas and unique features that it would be incredibly difficult to implement in the builder options. It would require a complete redesign of the current builder. It's not as simple as just granting text boxes as this will not allow any features to populate into character sheet and will not make it easy or compatible with the subclass builder.
The staff behind the coding stuff are limited in what they can do. They're not a big staff group and the type of work involved in class builder features will take a very, very, long time. By the time they get to finish D&D 6th Edition will probably have been released. They are better able to focus on ensuring current projects and new content are available and to manage the overhaul of the character sheet design currently being done now. Once done with those they can focus on getting ready for a possible 6th edition.
The problem is D&D Beyond came into this rather later in the game. By the time they started making this tool site 5th edition had been around for years already so they had a lot of catching up to do to make product worthy of competing with the others. Frankly, they've done an amazing job considering this.
It is therefore extremely unlikely (but not impossible) that we'll get custom Class creation.
As for the lack of other classes not homebrewed that is up to Wizards of the Coast. They have not released any officially published classes beyond those in the PHB as of yet. They tried with the Unearthed Arcana Mystic class but there were considerable balance problems with that and so it never made into a proper published sourcebook.
The problem with making a class is that trying to keep it balanced is very difficult. It took WotC years to create the classes they did and keep them balanced with each other and ensure they would be compatible with future content and new subclasses and factors multiclassing appropriately. Not an easy thing.

The product team discussed this in length with Wizards of the Coast and made a decision not to add homebrew classes at this time.
There are a number of good reasons for this, including: lots of new players using D&D Beyond as their first introduction to the D&D rules - not wanting to confuse issues with homebrew classes; the complexity of development of homebrew classes and prioritisation of developing other features that will be beneficial to a larger number of D&D Beyond users.
This is discussed on some of the "and Beyond" developer Q&A videos, which are all available on the D&D Beyond Twitch channel and YouTube channel.
If the question is more on the side of "why so few published homebrew subclasses", the answer is simply we have a massive homebrew queue backlog, and just haven't got to the ones in there yet. Currently we are 2 weeks for homebrew approvals and homebrew subclasses ONLY were launched 2 weeks ago.
