I'm assuming that you are referring to WotC D&D items, and the above posters have you covered on top of looking at all of the free items in the Source Books section of this site.
Aside from that, I signed up for a few email lists that give out free items like the following:
Penny Dragon Games: email out free Magic Items every week, and a free Monster every month.
Dungeon Masters Guild: email out a link to one free item from their site every week.
I'm sure there are more, I just have not looked for them :)

Following the release of Baldur's Gate 3, WoTC has made available for free a Baldur’s Gate Gazetteer on D&D Beyond that's quite interesting!
