I have a powerful Succubus in my campaign and I was wondering if it's possible for her to have Warlocks that are not just the Fiend Subclass? For example, can she grant someone a Celestial Warlock Subclass, or the Genie Warlock Subclass?
I was also wondering if she can grant people other classes? For example, can she have several Clerics, Bards, Barbarians, Druids, etc., under her power that she actually made them into those classes?
As DM you can always have a Succubus grant any classes or subclasses features to existing characters but doing so would be quite powerful though.
On a somewhat smaller scale, the Dungeon Master Guides has Other Rewards in the form of Supernatural Gifts, Blessings, Charms and Epic Boons that are special reward granted by a being or force of great magical power.

If the gifts are an explanation for multiclassing rather than just handing out free levels, then it would not be that powerful. Handing out free feats or subclass features would be another thing, though, agreed.
To me if multiclassing is already permitted in a campaign, it's not really a gift since any character with the prerequisite can choose another class to level with or without explanation.
The way I read it, the "gift" is entirely in-game. It's just a way OP wants to justify how the multiclassing happens in the game world. In the same way a 1st level PC would have become a warlock due to a "gift" from their patron.
I don't know how fiendish this succubus is supposed to be, but I'd probably say she can grant levels in other classes (or types of warlock) due to stealing those powers from adventurers she defeated. Just granting cleric or barbarian levels from her innate fiend powers feels like a stretch to me.
If the question is if a Succubus can allow characters to meet the justification or training required to multiclatss in his or her campaign? The answer is yes.
It's a "narrative" gift not a "mechanical" gift. Nothing stops a player from taking any Warlock on a character sheet aside from DM fiat. Nor is there any coding in the RAW saying "succubi unlock Warlock patronages in the game." To confuse that, if a player's character has need to become a warlock, the succubus could be their deus ex machina.
