I'm reading up on 5.5 and it seems my Rock Gnome has Mending and Prestidigitation in addition to two other cantrips. That makes four in total but my sheet is locked into two slots. How can I make a homebrew customization to get this to work? Thanks!
I don't have a video specifically for this but I do show how to add a cantrip in my video about fixing the minor illusion thing for illusion wizards if you already have it from race/etc. Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3b2JmwEZZQ

You can add a cantrip through race, subclass or feats and the process is the same - just be sure to choose "counts as known: no". You can also add via an item, as you have done.
Only cantrips that are primarily attacks, like firebolt will show under actions. If there's no attack roll it won't show. You can change this by clicking on the spell and in the sidebar that opens click Customise and check "Display as Attack". This will make it show under actions.

Only cantrips that require attack rolls will display under Actions unless you customize them directly on the character sheet to “display as attacks.” Also, you could have added both cantrips to the same item, just not together. You would have to add them each individual.

OK I think I solved this by adding two magic items and added the cantrips to them.
Nope... not quite.
They show up as spells but not as actions :(
Any ideas?

Not sure if there is one on this particular issue, but it is worth a look.
