might want to define a little better...are you looking for 3rd party adventures? New items/races/monsters/classes? Expansion of existing rules such as blacksmithing/herbalism/etc?
+1 for Strongholds and Followers. It is an excellent book.
First of all, it brings an amazing "endgame" system to the table (you can start as low as 7th level but I would probably do it more as a teens thing). And it re-ups a lot of old school AD&D stuff about henchmen and retainers while making it all clean and easy to use (or at least it looks easy -- haven't tried it yet). But secondly, he provides a wealth of custom magic items, monsters, god-like beings, etc. Even just for that, his book is great. I can highly recommend the print version -- it is a lovely hardcover, high quality paper, gorgeous artwork. Colville also has a breezy, easily-read writing style. I've gotten through 40 pages in a couple of hours of just armchair reading.

WOTC lies. We know that WOTC lies. WOTC knows that we know that WOTC lies. We know that WOTC knows that we know that WOTC lies. And still they lie.
Because of the above (a paraphrase from Orwell) I no longer post to the forums -- PM me if you need help or anything.
Not a book, but for new subclass and class options I love Benjamin Huffman’s work (https://sterlingvermin.com and on the DMs Guild). His scholar and pugilist classes aren’t just well designed but a TON of fun, too!
What are some good 3rd party books for 5e?

The Tome of Beasts by Kobold Press is another good one.

The Cubicle 7 Lord of the Rings books are nice if you like Middle Earth as a setting. :-)

Full of rice, beans, and bad ideas.
Sandy Petersons Cthulhu Mythos is my favorite, although it is a little expensive.
