The direction is digital. Period. The era of the physical book is drawing to a close. It's like debit cards vs cash. And when is the last time you wrote a check? Check - what's a check??
I don't think physical books are going away as quickly as you think... but then, maybe that's because the last time I wrote a check was, to put it in a way that gets my point across as strongly as it can, tomorrow.
Yes, most of my financial transactions are handled digitally, including receiving the bill digitally rather than in my mail box (which still sees it's fair share of non-junk mail use, even though that was supposedly also going to stop happening because of the digital age), but there is one very important transaction that I will always use a check for; paying the rent.
I accept the idea of having to buy the manuals twice if I want to use them phisically and in D&D Beyond, but I'm Spanish and we're waiting for the translation. will I be able to change the language of the manuals when the translation is ready, or I'll have to buy them AGAIN?

Is anyone concerned about the same issue?

I don't know what the timescales are for introducing the translated versions of the books, but I would be VERY surprised if they were a separate purchase, as that would go against the business model that Curse have been using so far.
Worst case scenario - if they are separate products, you would likely be able to contact support and swap your existing PHB for the translated one.
Not sure if anyone else has run into bug/features with some of the adventure books not giving you access to creatures and items that are in that adventure but they are from a different prerequisite book. The only examples I have are from White Plume Mountain in The Tales of the Yawning Portal. It would feel really bad to get nickel and dimed for some material, especially when one is trying to work on a budget. Initially I thought 2$ for an item was about fair, now I look at this situation and see I have to pay 10~ dollars on top of the 7 I spent on the module to have a fully use-able product. The examples are as follows
Hidden Slime "Dungeon Hazards" DM Guide,
The items Wave, Whelm, and Blackrazor DM Guide
Champion class for Sir Bluto Sans Pite is Part of Volo's
Giant Crayfish from The Hidden Shrine of Tamoachan
Scroll of Protection (Fiends) from DM's Guide
Some of them I assume are just oversights, such as the creatures but I am wondering must I purchase the DM guide if I want access to the information that should be in the module. For the DM's guide portion I plan to eventually pick it up (was a little bummed that I was a day late to add it during the sale but, alas... earwax) but in no way should I have to a la carte the other parts from Volo, and Tamoachan.

Can you provide any update on UA integration? All of my players use some form of UA in their characters between suclasses, Revised Ranger, spells, and Variant Tieflings so I won't really be able to use this service until UA is incorporated.

I wouldn't think anything would be coming until after the release of Xanathar's Guide to Everything. I could be mistaken but I wouldn't expect anything before then.
That makes sense. What's tough right now is that while we're able to easily homebrew monsters, items, and spells, there's no way to create homebrew classes, races, etc. I get why that'd probably be a coding nightmare, but I'm sure there are some DMs who could really use it. UA integration works well enough for me, though.

Will Xanathar's Guide to Everything be available on DDB when it comes out in september? and will it be available at the 29.99 price point that most of the other content is available at?

XGtE should be out in November, as per the release date in Hobby stores. Price has not released yet, but I would expect a price similar to VOLO.
I saw September in another thread, too. I think some folks are confusing ToA with XGtE, date-wise. I got super excited about the prospect of filling the gaps in my group, for a minute.

There is something I'm quite afraid of...

Hey! thanks for such a quick answer. You just convinced me to purchase the online manuals.
