Impossible to say without any information on the campaign, the setting and everything else. You're basically asking "which car is the best?". That depends on the situation, doesn't it?

Overall by stats, and who is your favorite?

Personally my favourite is the Triton in a lawful or good based game, in a more chaotic game then Water Genasi. Sea Elves just don't do it for me. It's just another elf. I like to go outside the norm and experiment a little.
I like Triton because their more original, the other two are variations of a variety race. I'd love for more races to have deeper distinctions and shortcomings, but 5E is really casual.
Genasi have always felt rushed and unfinished to me. Each type gets about as many features as an elf subrace, but they don't get anything besides that where elf has all kinds of "base" features too.
But I don't see much of a point in water-based races in the first place when theres very little direction to 3D combat and not a lot of underwater content in general.
And how do you think they should function in a land campaign, kinda weak? I think the Water Genasi works best from them on land.
