No information yet unfortunately, but I know I'm hoping for it to be soon as well. And App is in the works, but most likely not to be launched during beta. @Badeye has said the following:
Is there an app to download? How do I access this on my tablet or phone?
A native mobile app is absolutely in the works for DDB, but at this point for the beta everything is included in the website. The site is mobile responsive, so you should be able to view and use it just fine on a phone or tablet. Just visit the site in your device's browser. If something doesn't look right on your mobile device, that's the kind of feedback we want to hear during the beta so we can make it pretty everywhere. We will definitely share more specifics about the mobile app soon, including how to download it.
I feel the site is very simple to use in itself. In normal circumstances you will have a wireless connection while playing, just silence your phone and you can use ur phone to hold everything D&D fro character sheet to your spell list.
I have just started DM'ing for the first time ever for my son and a coworker and his son and this site really helped me out. I can only imagine how phase two is going to help. I was very much overwhelmed with the thought of keeping up with 3 books at the table for reference so using the content here helped me keep up with things much quicker and easier. Thanks for the excellent site and ease of use.
This site is incredibly helpful for me. I am running an 8, soon to be 9, person campaign with all inexperienced players. Having the info in such an organized place with very easy to read appearance helps me greatly when I need info fast. Thank you so very much!! Also, I just noticed that the compendium section was slightly reordered to follow the chapters, this is a wonderful thing!
Very stoked to see this in the works. This will allow me to play with friends across the globe! Will this be able to be accessed on a PC, tablet and phone simultaneously?
I have a buddy in California and a buddy in the military so he's over in the desert somewhere but we could face time and digitally play a campaign together. Although we need more people... That will be endlessly, dare I say, PIMP.

So keep your fingers crossed for Phase 2 - as soon as there is information to be shared it will be. :)

I am very optimistic about stage 2!
And thank you to the developers behind it.
From a distant land all I can say is... ¡MUCHAS GRACIAS!
Excelente!!
Really been enjoying using this reference already! So excited to see the character building.
Really loving the site so far..! :D
Best thing to be invented since:
