Bundles are mentioned in the first post of this thread, though, you're right, prices for them are not.
My guess? A list of prices for all the bundles would be quite long and probably hadn't been entirely nailed down yet. Even now they might not be. It's nice to know they exist regardless.

Given all of this, I think it more than safe to say that the confusion is due to a misreading (or not reading) of the original posts on the part of the reader and not because the original posts were unclear.
Were their a lot of people complaining about having to buy a whole book just to access a small portion of information at the start of this thread? Yes, but I don't wouldn't use that as an argument for the posts being more clear. First, and I already addressed this in a previous post to you, those people who were upset had to have at least had some inclination that purchasing smaller portions of books was a possibility. Otherwise, why complain about that specific aspect at all? There is no way to buy portions of any of the hardback books, so, before digital tools came along, the only way to make a highly specific character that only uses a class from this book, subclass from that one, race from another one, and magic items from yet another one could only be done by purchasing all of those books. Second, they had all the information they needed to not make that claim to begin with. While they did not have the exact price, there is no reasonable argument that could be made for assuming Curse would charge full book price for purchasing a small portion of the same book.
As to the how the master tier works, that absolutely has been mentioned in this thread. A quick search of this thread for the term "master tier" (not in quotes) shows that, on July 19, Oakforthevines responded to a question by WanderingMerchant and laid out how the tiers work. It's on the second page of the search results as of the time I'm posting this. Took me about 30 seconds to find (again, research). It wasn't mentioned that directly by a staff member, but that's likely because the question had already been answered. Although, if you read Badeye's original post, he does say this about the master tier:
Notice that their is no qualifier for which players (aside from them being within a campaign) with whom a DM can share content. Assuming that this means being in a campaign is the only requirement is much more logical than assuming that there are other, hidden requirements.
Also, the purpose of this thread was not to provide a comprehensive list of everything DDB would offer, how all of it works, and what pricing would be for every possible purchase one could make. This thread was to announce the basic pricing structure and announce the release date for DDB. While we have received a lot more than just that information in this thread (and, at over 60 pages, I would hope so), anything beyond basic pricing structure and release date was extra. The DDB staff are currently working on putting FAQs together that would be a place where all of the information can be gathered into one place. Once that is up, that would be the place you are trying to make this thread become.
To your last point, I would absolutely agree that criticism must be a part of a Beta test. Where we seem to disagree is on the tone of that criticism. You seem to be under the impression that either your tone is not insulting, or that having an insulting tone is appropriate when offering criticism for the sake of providing helpful feedback that the criticized can use to become and/or do better. Both of those are incorrect. Regardless of the type of criticism, the DDB staff and moderators have taken it very well and have made a lot of positive changes in response to the criticisms they have received.
At the end of the day, you have done yourself, as a writer, disservice. If you wish to know information, the information is there. If you cannot find the information, there are plenty of people to ask. There was zero need to come in with a predetermined mindset that DDB is maliciously withholding information just because you yourself did not have it.
As an example of how you could have approached this whole situation from a more positive aspect and come across, if not professional, at least not unprofessional:
tl;dr
I can assure everyone that FULL pricing details will be shared very soon. There has been nothing "shady" about our process of revealing those. In fact, just as we have done with every other part of DDB, we have paid close attention to feedback (even in this thread) in order to do the best we can do.
We actually have new pricing options that will be revealed due to some of that feedback. In order to have those new options, though, there are multiple parties that have to sign off and approve. Our "failure to deliver information" is actually an intentional delay to be certain that we do not deliver partial information. This could be worse - if someone plans out purchases only to discover a new way to make those purchases later.
Master Tier subscription content sharing is another place where we have heard feedback and have made changes to make it better. We have not shared those changes yet because we had to make sure we could do the really cool new way of sharing from a technical perspective before we could reveal them. It would be terrible to tell the public "hey, we've heard your feedback and made changes to make this better" only to not be able to pull it off and have to retract. Gladly, that's not the case and we've been able to make it work, so we'll be sharing those details soon as well.
Everyone will know everything next week.
I'll be interested to hear the changes. First of all, as someone living below the poverty level I was overwhelmingly HAPPY to hear the subscription prices and will definitely be getting the Master sub (I spend more than $6.00 a session on snacks and soda)! I will definitely be picking up the core books when they are on sale (if money allows :( ).
I would love to get a pdf copy along with unlocking the book if that's possible but I'm not upset if that can't happen because I understand that is under the control of WoTC and not Curse.
I would also like to see the "sale" prices become the standard prices but that's a "wouldn't it be nice" request, if it can't happen I'll have to wait for the sales.
I would LOVE for you to consider running sales for more than a week and/or at different times of the month. I never really have "ready" cash and have to plan out my purchases. A week is just too short of a time for me and my income is heavily weighted towards the beginning of the month.
I am hoping that the Tal'Dorei campaign guide by Matt Mercer will be available at launch or soon after!
I do NOT think that paying "again" for these books is unfair. If I were to buy a game from GoG - let's pretend I can buy a physical copy from them - and the purchase also comes with a digital download of the game, that ownership does not entitle me to also get a Steam key for free so I can have the game there as well. That's the closest analogy I could think of that's relevant, some of the analogies given to justify a free copy were a stretch at best. I think people believe that since Curse is working with WoTC that somehow means that WoTC is bankrolling the creation of DDB, I don't think that's the case.
I'd like to thank the DDB team very much for allowing me to be a small part in the creation of this wonderful tool AND for bringing it (close) to release at a price I cannot only afford but one that I believe is below the value of the product!
To everyone working on DDB - you folks are AWESOME! Thank you for letting us all into your beta! To the community - thank you for being the friendliest I've ever experienced in a forum!

I truly appreciate all of the hard work you and your team have put into this fantastic product. I was expecting (and willing) to pay far more for the monthly subscription. My group will be extremely excited for all of the Master Tier content sharing and I'm happy to say my wife is now a D&D convert thanks in no small part to this product! We're eagerly awaiting August 15th.
Waiting for launch, I kinda feel that anticipation like I'm getting something delivered from FedEx or UPS except I know the box won't be damaged and it'll arrive on time lol
Welcome to the Grand Illusion, come on in and see what's happening, pay the price, get your ticket for the show....

Will DDB be releasing product on the premier store date or the regular street date?
Also, 9 days to go.
I run multiple campaign groups in the same world. Has it been said how many players a DM can have associated with the DM Tier subscription?
Sorry if this has been answered, I wasn't able to find it anywhere.
