Supposed to be Wisdom for the Lycan. Though, the saving throw DC is only an 8 (and since being released on DnDbeyond, it no longer scales with level) so it's not too big of a deal.
It's a bit more MAD than the other Subclasses.
If you're really worried about it, i'd suggest taking Resilient (Wisdom) Feat (which is a good idea anyway, because Wisdom saves are really important)
if you're using the archived version of the class, you probably can't since the original BH's subclasses are themselves archived, making them unavailable as per Davedaemon's post.
I imagine folks that prefer to stick to one of the older versions of the Artificer are in a similar situation, and it's not something that the tech team are going to be in any hurry to fix.

They did put out a patch to allow users with archived UA (like the Revived) subclasses to select their options. I’m surprised it didn’t apply to that too.

Hey why can't I choose the archived bloodhunter orders on the archived bloodhunter?
Due to how archiving a full class works, the subclasses are archived in a way that makes them unavailable if your haven't already selected one.
