Wizards has not yet released Tasha's for digital pre-order. When they do, you can be sure that DDB will offer pre-order as an option. But at the moment it's not their decision, it's up to Wizards.

Customizing Origin refers to the rules that will be in Tashas for changing up race based features and traits.
Class Feature Options refers to the rules for changing class features--something that was tested out in the Class Features Variant Unearthed Arcana
