what do you want to do with all this, what do you want to keep and what should I sell?

Dolrik eyes the breastplate and warhammer but realizes those would be better suited as backup gear for a heavier hitter.

Perhaps we will acquire better gear, if we survive, and he will inherit those items as everyone trades up their backup gear.

He instead selects one of the Hide armors and a single spear for his backup gear.

He then donates his light crossbow and 20 bolts (starting gear) to the loot pile for either adoption by another teammate or for sale. He also empties his personal coin pouch (also starting gear) and adds his 10 gp to the shared loot.

Also: you all get a long rest. 

Nadir feels that her equipment is better than what they’ve found so far (splint), she’d like a set of full plate but can’t imagine that they would deliver it to her on a silver platter. Reluctantly, she also shares her gold and silver (21gp and 8sp).

“Nadir, carrying a backup set of armor and weapon is merely precautionary. You know, in case our worn gear gets destroyed in our fighting. It won’t be as good as what we currently have but it’s better to have it rather than face the next group bare handed and unarmored. We can always upgrade (as we find or buy) and hand-me-down gear until no one can use it before selling it off. Does that make sense?”

“Sure, but then I would only take light armor as backup as I could not just slip into a set of heavy armor during a fight.”

"We need to be more strategic in our tactics going forward. We have had a few close calls already and I can't imagine the crowds being satisfied by less competitive fights for us. First I think we need to utilize Nadir for the front line specialist that she is. She's needs to be our solid front and we should equip her accordingly first and foremost. We should aim to get her a set of full plate, but until then, we should plan to trickle down our top armor from her down. I believe myself should be inclined to inherent Nadir's armor once she's better armored. Dolrik I propose we get you some half plate armor (I don't think you meet the STR requirements for most heavy armor, including what you are currently wearing) and should look into studded leather for Peregrin. I also propose getting Sir Spitz Chain mail armor (4x cost). So that should cost (300 Sir Spitz + 750 half plate + 45 Studded leather) 995 gp. I wold also like a greatsword since I won't really be using the shield any more (50 gp). I believe we can do all that by selling the breast plate along with other weapons we choose not to keep for spares."

Woops read the xp as the gp! My idea might be a little tight on funds! Maybe scrap the half plate and keep the breastplate for Dolrik

“Tactical combat is difficult at times, they often come from all directions at once.”

I don’t know, I thought not meeting the strength requirements of the heavy armor reduces speed by 10 ft. Not that that really matters, we didn’t have to move much so far. 

I also think we sell for half the price and pay full. Not sure if you took that into account.

 I never noticed that rule for dwarves, that pretty sweet!
