Chult the island that holds a great rainforest/jungle has well a new development?
The forces of Tiamat the chromatic dragon queen has set out a group of her followers to create a beach head of sorts in the prime material plane so that her forces from avernus the first layer of hell lead by Arkham the cruel can begin a war path to claim and conquer the land for them selves.
However something has changed some lizardfolk, nagas and yunti have come together and the group knows as the scaled guard has been formed lead by a something calling itself the tryannus eternal with now deadly fighting happening inside the jungle many intrested parties and groups throughout Faruin now seek information and possible alliances to be formed as they say History is written by the victor, Which side of it will you be on.

alliments everything bar chaotic evil too those who do want to choose LE some conversations/RP encounters may go differently but the reward my be worth it
I had the wrong roll formula for Gildor and went in to change it to RR1 and .droplowest(n) as originally, I only had roll 4d6rr1 LOL. That might be why is show potential modified #s.
I made this post as I think if I go in and edit my original post it will reroll them again.

Backstory: Having seen the forces of Tiamat appearing on our material plane he was charged by his god to gather with a group of warriors to resist this corruption of evil.
Background: Garmuk took the mantle of green knight to defend the beauty of nature. He felt a calling to defend the jungles from the forces of Tiamat. He set out right away to join the fight
Name: Histari Race: Earth Genasi Class/Subclass: Fighter/Eldritch Knight Background: Soldier Backstory: Histari hails from Port Nyanzaru the walled city in Chult. His father is Avani the earth elemental and his mother is Quasira a noble from Calimshan. She left her noble title behind as Histari was shunned by her family. Now she works as a merchant and he as a soldier defending the people against the dangers lurking in the jungle. He rarely sees his father, though those times are cherished memories as he taught Histari on how to use his inborn talents. Now the jungle has became chaotic with the intrusion from the infernal plane. He joins in the fight before it destroys his home and family.
Backstory: Rescued from the burnt out ruins of a goblin village that had been raided, Gromedark was but a few days old when adopted by an adventurer. Raised and trained to become an echo knight but also taught the skills of cartography Gromedark was tasked to travel to Chult and help any others who he found there to defend against the growing evil.
Orirel was the military leader of a small Lizardfolk clan, but soldiers of Tiamat killed all but him. He managed to get away, but, now clanless, he is driven by a desire of revenge.

Backstory: Violet has been hidden away for as long as she can remember... her earliest memories were from a dungeon... a cave...? Well, it doesn't really matter much. She wasn't there long before a group of adventurers found her and took her away from that place. Since then, she lived in the basement of a temple, shut away again. She didn't see many people, except for Cyrus, the old priest who acted as her tutor and who gave her the name that she now uses. Anyone else who caught sight of her always ran away screaming for some reason, and she couldn't figure out why. Was it her slimy black skin? Or maybe the single eye in the middle of her face? Or the cluster of tentacles bearing more eyes sprouting out of her back? But old Cyrus always said that she wasn't bad, she was special, and he said that one day her time to shine would come.
Then, slowly, things began to change. She started to have dreams... dreams of creatures like herself. And they filled her with disgust. Numerous eyes staring at her, looking back with equal disgust. Mouths full of sharp teeth grinning sadistically at her. Eventually, she asked her mentor what she was seeing... what she was. And finally, Old Cyrus told her the truth: the cave that those adventurers found her in was an abandoned Beholder's lair. And Violet herself... was an aberrant, semi-humanoid Beholder spawn which the adventurers brought back as an oddity to sell to the highest bidder as a curiosity, only for the church to intervene both to save her from the life that she would have been forced to endure and to protect the world from a powerful aberration with strong motivation to seek vengeance. Violet, horrified at this revelation, decided that it was too dangerous for her to stay at the temple any longer. After all, if she was truly a Beholder spawn, then one day her own dreams might give birth to something too powerful for the Priests to hide away...

Eventually, she sought after her origins and found herself in Chult, and her draconic abilities manifested. She finds herself torn as to what to do about this so-called war, but knows she can't ignore it either.
