"Aw, c'mon! Hey, guys, be careful with your weapons, that slimy bastard just ruined my perfectly good sword." Velmine says to the group while checking the rapier. It was very much still usable, but being a piece of perfect craftsmanship at the start was definitely enough to make this damage annoy her.

Can it break this, though? Baik says, charging at the being and stabbing at it with his spear, as green flames coat the point. This is a special type of weapon!

I could argue that as you are the only creature with 5 feet of the target, the Green Flame Blade would slash on you. But it does state another creature that you can see, so I'm going to interpret it to mean that you are immune.
Baik moves to H13? and attacks the ooze with his fire imbued spear, hurting it some more. As the spear enters the ooze's body more acid flies free and burns Baik, you take 3 Acid damage. Baik's spear seems unaffected by the acid.
Xavier sighs and looks a little disappointed he didn't get to act before the creature was finished. "Let's move on in search of real answers before more riffraff wanders in"

"Actually, can we take a second here to take a look around? I think we forgot to do that before we took that rest. These people we killed might have something important. I'll try to be as quick as I can." If the party stops to hear her and decides to explore the room, Velmine will go first searching for whatever she may find, even common weapons that might pique her interest after her rapier got damaged.
Examining the bodies of the slain combatants Velmine finds the Wizard has a pouch containing 23gp and a necklace set with a sizable stone. Two of the four Thayen Warriors each have one potion of Greater Healing, and one of the Dread Warriors has a suit of +1 chain mail.
After you decide who gets what from the loot, I assume that you want to go through the room with the acid vapors and head north. Is this correct Eiren (asking you because you are the nominal leader)
If you dash through the room with the acidic vapors and head north Eiren in the lead will be able to make it in one round, everyone else will have to make Con saves
(Velmine can dash as a Cunning Action, which would allow her to have 90 feet of movement in one turn, so I assume she should be able to pass through in one turn as well, right?)
"So, guys. I found this armor, it seems to be different, a bit special if you'd say. Well, I'm afraid it's a bit too heavy for me, so one of you should have it. There's also this healing potion, which I think I might have a use for, actually. Any of you want it? Lastly, coins and a necklace. The coins we can share, the necklace, I can't tell if it's magical or not, but I don't think it is." Velmine says while showing the party all the items she found.

Wow, I have never considered using Cunning Action to move 90 feet. I actually had to do some research to see if it would actually work. Everything I've found makes me conclude that you can move 90 feet using Cunning Action. That's going to cause a slight problem, but I think I know how to handle it.
Also good catch on the magical items not being identified yet. The potion are easily identifiable by taste. Both Xavier and Eiren have detect magic and Eiren has identify
(Really now? I always thought it was kinda clear since rogues, just like monks, are designed to be super quick and agile. Dashing twice is, in my eyes, part of the design of these classes. And yeah, I got kinda confused why you were just telling me all the magical items at once, but I guess it's easy to forget that some characters have no way to tell magical items apart at all, just like Velmine. She's smart (19 intelligence), but her knowledge of magic goes just as far as knowing what her infernal heritage gives her.)
(Another question, I mentioned that Velmine was looking to see what common weapons they had, and I feel like you didn't catch that, or maybe you did but forgot about it. Lastly, to the party, I just noticed that I missed the fact there are two Potion of Healing (Greater) instead of one. So, when you respond, take note of that.)
(Got it. Then, no, Velmine will show what she finds to the group, but she won't pick anything. She knows how to use the longsword, but since it's not a finesse weapon, she wouldn't get Sneak Attack damage out of it, the same goes for the javelin since it's also not considered a ranged weapon and just a thrown weapon (daggers are finesse and thrown weapons). Lastly, for the battleaxe, it was never an option since Velmine doesn't know how to use it.)

No I didn't catch that, maybe I should have since your rapier was damaged.
