Corvin moves as close as he can to the beast and summons a Spiritual Weapon in the form of a flaming sword that slashes at the creature as soon as it appears.
Spiritual weapon: Attack: 17 Damage (Force): 7
(Are we using the optional rule for diagonals that makes it 5' for first one, 10' for second, alternating back and forth? Or just 5' per diagonal? Affects whether I can get into range to do a melee attack as well with my normal action or end up just out of range, in which case I can sacred flame)
Melee if I can get in range: Attack: 8 Damage: 4 + 8 psychic damage.
Sacred flame otherwise: DC17 Dex save or takes 6 radiant damage.
(Following the RaW from 5e, it'd be 5' per diagonal, but the final say is up to the DM.)
Velmine steps foward, and calls her goat to help her. The goat starts a rush toward the creature, while Velmine steps within 20 feet of it and throws a dagger at her enemy.
Attack: 12Damage:23 Piercing (Sneak attack from Ally(Eiren) within 5 ft. of my target.)
The goat closes in on the beast ramming horns first on it, trying to throw it down.
Goat's Attack:4Damage:7 Bludgeoning (DC 10 Strengh saving throw or fall prone.
(Edit:) "Well, that didn't go as expected... Hey, goat! You want to try that again? I think we had the good intention, we just need a bit more practice..."
(Following the RaW from 5e, it'd be 5' per diagonal, but the final say is up to the DM.)
(Raw is 5' per, but RAW also has the optional diagonal rule that makes it 5/10 alternating. Similar to flanking, theater of the mind vs grid, etc. Hence the question :P)
Qu'oth being a good raven looks out for more monsters, but doesn't find any.
Corvin's Spiritual Weapon slams into the Barghest, who looks slightly taken aback by the flames. Corvin then rushes to help Eiren with the melee, but doesn't really help as his Warhammer gets momentarily caught in a tree branch. Corvin make a Wisdom Save.
Velmine's dagger flies over the Barghest's head, clicking harmlessly off the cavern wall. While the goat chargers over to bash the monster, but falters at the last moment as it smells a predator

The Barghest bites at Tallis, trying to clear a path to Baik. Attack: 17 Damage: 11 It really wants to go through you to get ti Baik and savages you bad.
Meanwhile Xavier hears something behind him and then sees a 2nd Barghest hurling past him (opportunity attack if you have a weapon in hand) to attack Baik Attack: 8 Damage: 18
No, no, no, no, no! Kill it! if anyone has fire spells, kill this thing with them NOW!! Baik shouts in horror as he sees the creature. On his turn, he will stab it.
Attack: 16 Damage: 7
Attack: 11 Damage: 5
Getting attacked by a 2nd Barghest does nothing for Bank's panic. He returns to the attack, but misses twice.
Velmine asks the goat for some other sort of help, different from the last attempt. "Hm, goatie!... You think you can just help them attack, instead of you? I don't know if it was such a good idea to put a goat against a wolf to begin with..."
The goat is taking the Ready to help the first person it can who attacks B1.
While she was speaking with the goat over 10 feet from her, Velmine was also faking being distracted, turning down the act, she in one swing takes her rapier from out of her pocket and tries to stab B2 with it.
Attack:20Damage:27 (Sneak attack from Baik being close to B2.)
The tiefling smiles seeing her attack succeed, and she twists the rapier just to bother the creature, and keep it distracted for just a while.
Martial Adept Feat: Using Distract Strike, which adds 1d6 (1) to the original damage roll and gives the next attacker advantage to hit this creature (B2).

Sorry I forgot you had moved, and I missed #171. I'm going to put you in Q3 attacking on the diagonal if that is ok.
Tallis finishes moving up to the monster and attacks it twice. The first slash hits, while the follow up strike misses.

Eiren attacks the first monster with two quick jabs of the rapier. The first strike misses but the second lodges in the beast.
