There is nothing for Graxx to prepare so he spends the time staring at his new lighting crossbow and thinking about how to not get knocked out so fast in the next round.
(@Superbad: Oh, my bad. I didn't realize you had already rolled with advantage.)
As part of his preparations, Tupoc attempts to assail Mumed's Dreams (advantage and disadvantage cancel each other out):
-> Mumed's WIS saving throw {DC 18}: 14
The healer has a terrible night, waking up with the sweats several times and being unable to properly rest (Mumed takes 14 psychic damage).
Tupoc's insight check: Throughout the night, the image of Tupoc torments Mumed relentlessly. Through it, the Couatl-hybrid is able to study and learn more about the source of the hearler's power. He eventually realizes Mumed is a master of his trade, and when given the chance upon waking up from his own sleep, Tupoc shares his newly acquired knowledge with his companions.
Mechanically speaking, you learn the following about Mumed. As mentioned above, Tupoc shares all of this with the party. You should all feel free to use this information strategically (a limited metagaming license, if you will). It is OK to assume your characters fully understand the character features implied by the information below (e.g. Channel Divinity, Blessed Healer, Divine Intervention, Supreme Healing, etc.):
Name: Mumed Sepret; Race: Human (base); Class: Cleric - Life Domain; Level: 20; Successful insight checks against Mumed: 1 (more info available with further successes; anyone may try as a reaction).
(@Hydra: That is the first time I see that spell being used successfully. Good call. It may just be a game changer. Also, since this is Abe's first post in his new form, would you like to describe how he looks now?)
(@Palfatreos: Let's get your prep post and then we are ready to move on.)
A green/blue puddle form near where Nox previous form dissapeared. It takes form of a female humanoid holding a skull. She look around and back at the skull for a minute then cracks the skulls and start casting some spells.
Ritual Phantom steed summoning 5 ooze horse (100ft speed instead of 60) over timespan of 55 minutes. Except Abe everybody get an ooze horse at there service.
5th level Animate objects she command 10 ball bearing to spread out and keep moving forward and kill the first enemy it find. (do i still have to use BA orders each turn with this, unless i want change there behaviour?)
Positioning 1 ooze owl furthest away from anything, standing in front/middle. (probably at edge of the map) 5 ooze horse 10 feet infront of there owners. 10 ball bearing spread out in the frontline. 1 Nox (:p) inbetween front and middle
OOC: Adding two more prep things in retrospect for Tupoc
At the summoning of the Steeds, Tupoc walks to the one assigned to him, says a quick blessing over it, and then promptly sends it back to it's original dimension, benefiting from Touch of Death and gaining 23 temporary hit points. At the moment the fight begins, he settles himself and focuses, becoming invisible and regaining resistance to all damage (save force damage) for the next minute (Empty Body).
As Yessaris mad invention spree winds down to a close, Graxx is handed back his crossbow with a few oddly familiar looking parts. Its only as he looks down to the virtually skeletal remains of Yessaris' pistol that some of the more fantastical elements about it have been transferred over. Brushing aside any momentary looks of concern, the Yuan-Ti calmly points out the new features, how to adjust for the weight, and even point out some odd latch just off to the side of it.
"While not potent enough to truly replicate the nature of say a lightning bolt. I have made some modifications that will allow -- in very, very short range -- for you to alter the current being used to further accelerate any projectile fired by your weapon. Best to have at least one free hand when you decide to use this function, as it has a kick to it. But it will do its job in stimulating the natural magic flowing in a living, and some artificial beings for the purpose of 'self-repair'. You only have 8 shots of it as well, so do be mindful."
Waving Graxx off and motioning Selhrac over next, he hands him... glowing footwear. Where and how he managed to cobble together sandals is anyones guess, as the man's work bordered on unnatural speeds. But he did, and midway through explaining things, Yessaris trails off seeing first Abe's new form, and then... Nox'. He visibly strained in time to look away, and even then some looks are stolen or words muttered about "That one must live"even after returning to his work. Aside from a case of deep interest, it was hard to tell at a glance on the usually impassive Yuan-Ti's face what had happened there..

Nox's insight check: There is no doubt in your head that Xavier is a powerful user of music-based magic. His instrument seems quite unique as well. Using it, he manipulates the weave to his will, and is capable of quickly nullifying opponents like he did with Selrahc in the group's first attempt at defeating these veterans.
Mechanically speaking, you learn the following about Xavier. I'll assume Nox shares all of this with the rest of the party. You should all feel free to use this information strategically (a limited metagaming license, if you will). It is OK to assume your characters fully understand the character features implied by the information below (e.g. Cutting Words, Countercharm, Peerless Skill, Fey Ancestry, etc.):

Tupoc: 18 (wins the tie)
Abe: 5

Also, you now know more about your opponents so some of their preparations will show in the tracker above (check OOC chat). Some other enemies' preparations will remains unknown until you learn more about them. Yet some other won't even have a generic tab in the tracker above.
Note: I killed my Ooze Horse, just so you know. Also, attacks by me have advantage because of Empty Body.
Tupoc flies across the arena with a dash and arrives in front of Xavier (Spending a ki point for Step of the Wind) and hits him twice, attempting to stun the bard with the first strike. If the strike does, indeed, stun the bard, his second strike will instead be used to steal the instrument from him. Afterwords, he again flies 30 feet up without taking an opportunity attack (Mobile).
Attack: 27 Damage: 8, on hit DC19 Con saving throw or be stunned until the end of my next turn
If stun does not go through, then second attack: 20 Damage: 8
If stun does go through, Xavier auto-fails a strength contest for me over his fine focus with the second attack.
(@Hydra: Right, my bad. I'll remove the horse from the next map update.)
Tupoc swooshes across the battlefield, noticing upon getting closer that each of his opponents is emanating a faint, soft white light. Though this new discovery does not interrupt the hybrid's plan, it is enough to distract him from a well placed shot (i.e. advantage cancelled by disadvantage; I’m using the first roll). Nonetheless, the punch still hits the bard's chin (Xavier takes 8 magical bludgeoning).
-> Xavier's CON saving throw vs. Stunning Strike {DC 19}: 27
Dissatisfied with the outcome, Tupoc attempts another shot (again, advantage cancelled by disadvantage). Xavier finds a precious second to slip his head sideways and avoid the blow. By the time he prepares to retaliate, Tupoc is already hovering 30 feet in the air.

Clever enough to realize he was just punched by an invisible creature, and to pinpoint who that is by the process of elimination, Xavier looks up and around him. Whatever he was planning on doing will have to wait; he decides to change his plan. He throws a dozen crossbow bolts in the air and casts Animate Objects. They spring into action, recognizing their target through their blindsight (no disadvantage), and surrounding him from all angles:
-> Animated Bolt vs. Tupoc: Attack: 24Damage: 3.5 piercing.
-> Animated Bolt vs. Tupoc: Attack: 9Damage: 3.5 piercing.
-> Animated Bolt vs. Tupoc: Attack: 22Damage: 3.5 piercing.

"A cry of the cursed Darkness, Curse White!"For a moment, strands of the weave become visible about Yessaris, and seem to seep into some 'chamber in the gun as a white strand. "The eye of the lightless darkness, Shadow Purple!" A strand of purple from empty space slips into another chamber. "And finally, venom of the darkest sin, Poison Black!" As a final dark strand seeps into the gun, a flick of the wrist rights the pistol before its turned upon those closest to Mumed.
"Soul of Judgement! I summon you.... HADES!"With a crack akin to thunder, a bolt of multicolored concentration of magic cuts to through the air in a split second prior to bursting into acidic deluge. During the resulting confusion, Yessaris dips back during the aftermath and goes to ground for some measure of added safety.

Attorney and Y-Horse rush to their commanded positions. While the construct is somewhat exposed, the ooze-quadruped manages to face the enemies dead-on, and diminishing his silhouette from their perspective.
As his charges take their positions, Yessaris approaches Nox, shoots his magic, and takes a knee. The acidic sphere explodes, engulfing all enemies in the southeast portion of the room. As if the move was planned beforehand, Tupoc knowingly avoids the blast.
Most of the Animated Bolts are quickly turned to mush (Seven of them take the full 34 acid damage and are DEFEATED). The remaining bolts are still damaged in many ways, but manage to keep afloat (Five of them take 17 acid damage).
Much like Tupoc, Milo manages to avoid the burst completely. Mumed too succeeds in raising his shield just in time. Xavier is the only one who gets burned by a few splashes (Xavier takes 17 acid damage).
Baern identifies the closest enemy and runs toward it. Stepping over a dark pit as if it was solid ground, the dwarf reaches {BY21} and unleashes his gigantic axe on Attorney:
