(OOC: Ah, ok. So, Grum stowing and drawing his weapons was his free action, then my post above (charging goblin B and attacking) would have been my first round of combat? So now I should post actions for the second round of combat? If so, see below; if that just complicates things too much, just ignore what I've posted below and use my post above as my second round. I'm totally happy whichever way you rule it.)
Second round of actions, Grum will continue attacking goblin B.
Attack: 9 Damage: 5
Bonus attack: 14 Damage: 6
If goblin B is now dead, I'll move to engage the goblin attacking Diadoto.
Another thud hits his side, this one followed by a piercing pain as the arrow finds a hole to sink into skin."Gah!" Peran gasps, fixing his eyes on the Goblin that's shooting him. He starts running towards it to face it, but Grum quickly jumps in his path and charges the poor thing. "Well, that one's a goner," he thinks to himself as he veers towards the one in combat with Diodato. As he walks he lifts the flail out of the loop at his belts and starts swinging away.
Mechanics:
I'll take the two turns at once, makes it easier: Flail: 19 Damage: 7 Flail: 21 Damage: 5
As Tangle's sword bites into the goblin its body drops to the ground in a heap. A black inky shadow seems to flow from its body and into Tangle, the blood seeping from the wound in her side stopping, her vitality seeming to grow. She makes a quick casual glance around as the battle continues, and looking rather relaxed she crouches down and scans the forest where the goblins came from, before walking into the thick woods.
Mechanics:
Right, well, I believe my first free action was dropping my crossbow and casting a spell. Then I did my 1st attack. Presuming she was able to drop the goblin with her attack, Tangle will look around at the party decimating the goblins, and unless anyone in particular looks particularly in a bad way, she turns her attention to the woods and checks it out in case there are any more hidden enemies. Perhaps a hidden leader. Or prisoners. Or treasure. She's pretty open minded about it all. :-) 14Perception.
Of course if the goblin does not drop she'll continue attacking it. And if anyone looks like they're struggling, she'll roll her eyes, sigh, and go help them.

Goblin A: Finds itself double teamed by the two women in the group, it's attention divided between attacking or defending when it feels a powerful dark energy seeping out of it. It falls dead
Goblin B: watches in horror as the fighter rushes it with a flail and before it can defend itself, the flail caves it's skull in.
Goblin D: The goblin only manages a swing before it's slaughtered by both the half elf and the human, it's corpse crumbling as it lets out a final squeal.
Temple, as you go into the woods to look for more goblins, you find a track that leads deeper into the brush, a track that looks somewhat well travelled.
Peran looks down at the bloody mess dripping from the flail's head, then frowns as he looks up at Diodato. "I didn't think about the difficulty in cleaning up when I bought this." he says, seemingly disappointed by his purchase more than anything, then looks around to where Tangle vanished into the thickets. Holding his shield forward, he starts hurrying after her. "Tangle, did you find any more?"

Diadato was relieved to see the last of the goblins fall. He leaned heavily against the wagon and did his best to staunch the blood flow until the wound could be taken care properly. “I could really use a moment guys.”
As he rests, Diadato tries to keep his eyes on the forest.

The threat dispatched, Rosella begins to inspect the goblins, then the horses, curious as to where they might have gotten them and how four goblins managed to overpower two people on horseback.
Tangle, not seeing any immediate threats in the forest, turns back and leans against an Ash tree closest to the road, looking around. She grabs a few leaves from a nearby bush and wipes her blade clean. "Didn't see anymore in there, just a foot path. We can follow it if we care." She shrugs her shoulders, her leather wings rasping against each other as she does so. She checks the spot on her leg where she was cut by the goblin, wiping away the blood to reveal a line of skin a shade lighter blue than its surroundings. She glances over at Diadato, then around the party, "That dude seems sorta badly off, can anyone give him a hand?" Then she glances over at Rosella, "Hey, Flowers, what's up with those horses? Did the goblins do that? Any sign of the riders?"

OOC: short rest?
Diadato takes the time to care for his wound and patch it up the best he can. He will have to take a better look at it later, but enemies may still be near by.

With the coast seemingly clear, Peran pulls out the arrow with a wince, watching the blood trickle down. "That was a good shot." he mutters to himself. He would deal with the wound later, first those horses needed to be cleared from the road. "Grum, want to give me a hand getting the horses out of our path?" he calls out, moving to start pulling at the poor beasts to move them out of the way.
Mechanics:
Strength(?) to pull the horses out of the way: 16 If Athletics add 2 on top of that.
In response to Rosella's question, Tangle just smirks and shrugs, before continuing to clean her sword and eventually sheath it. She watches the group as they deal with the horses.

Diodato felt much recovered after a short break. His wound would hold for now, though his clothes would need a good soaking later on. "I doubt this is the first time those goblins have pulled a trick like this," he said as he got up and stretched carefully, testing the limits of his movement. "Maybe that's why Gundren hired so many of us. Still, I say we either move on or check that trail and make sure no more are going to come up behind us as we go."
Tangle, "We can't leave the wagon. Perhaps you boys sit here for a few minutes while Flowers and I can take an hour to scout the path. If we find anything interesting, we'll come get you, otherwise we'll be back pretty quick. If her bear comes back without us, just assume we're dead, he ate us, and continue on your way." She smiles a friendly smile at everyone.
Grum chimes in, "Rosella, do you want to check out the horses first, then we can be clearing the path while you check out the trail? Or could we pull the cart to one side to hide it in the trees whilst we all check the trail? We'll need to all go check it out if you find something, and going together now saves you being ambushed a second time."
OOC: Sorry guys, I was on a plane for 16 hours so I couldn't respond! But I'm back online! Anyway! Rosella, make an investigation check on the horses to see what you find. While she's doing that you can all benefit from a short rest if you haven't already. Peran, you pull the arrow with that skill check, and no arrow head shrapnels remain inside!
