Storm King's Thunder

"I think by the fact that they waited to attack until we found that last item we should head up to the ship before Ink's little trick wears off."

He starts toward the ship then turns toward Crownsguard, "You do have the tooth right?"

Ink seeing Crownsguard freed and the other thunderbeasts still running stops in his tracks after having run forty feet in their direction.... 

Ink calls out, "Are you dead, Crownsguard? Okay then - grab that tooth and let's get out of here!"

Ink comments to Don, "That wasn't my trick - Flint scared them off." 

Crownsguard is pummeled face down into the dirt, but his arm extends 90-degrees behind him with tooth in hand, “Ymms, mat ms mmmect.”

Cat lands gently on a Crownsguard’s back, and Crownsguard says, “Mmmaw, wm mre bomndim.”

"Sorry all you spell slingers look alike to me."

Flint checks his reflection in the mirror polished shield, then looks at Ink "ye think?"

Don whispers to Flint, "Not even close, but I am still learning names."

"Come on everyone, let's get back to the ship, they'll be charging back soon enough if memory serves me right," Ink suggests.  He stops and looks at the remains of the shattered undead thunderbeast for a beat (round).

He then continues, as he's jogging towards the ship, collecting the shovels along the way, "If you all want, Crownsguard can be the last one to climb up - I think as long as he has the tooth, they'll come back for him. Once they're back in visual range, we haul Crownsguard and the tooth up along with the ladder and take them out from range."

"I'd like to study these creatures - they're not your typical necromantic animated dead, but we can't have them roaming the countryside chasing after that tooth."

Don tells Ink to climb up then uses Mage Hand to lift each shovel up to Ink.

Flint dashes to retrieve his wheelbarrow then heads for the ladder.

 "You're the exhausted one, Don... Go on and head up - I'm fine: trust me. Good idea on the mage hand though," Ink replies.

"Send down rigging! We need to get that wheelbarrow up," Ink calls out motioning to the incoming Flint.

"Let's go Crownsguard! I'm not going up without you!" 

Don climbs slowly up then lowers the rigging as he uses mage hand to silently lift the shovels up into the ship. 

"Be prepared to move Captain, we are in a bit of a hurry, we attracted some undead attention there."

"Edgar, go let us know if they start coming back. If they turn around just scream your bloody head off when you get back to us."

Unlike the rest of the party, Matrix will actually go and help Crownsguard get up and will run with him back to the ship. "Up you get metal man."

"Matty, quit playing with the metal guy, he's not a toy. Get up here before those things come back." Don yells as he continues to help Ink get the wheelbarrow and shovels up inside the ship.

 Crownsguard stands up, joints straining and popping back into place, “Thaaaank-thank-thank-thank-danke-rebooting! Thank you, Matrix. That was unpleasant. Let us be leaving.” Crownsguard will follow the group.

As you near the ship, Flint and Don aboard while Ink, Matrix, and Crownsguard approaching the ladders, Quill and Edgar both start freaking out. 

Approaching from the north, drawing close to you quickly, are a flock of some very large birds.

Do they appear to be the giant crows from the other site?

"Huh, didn't expect to see them again" Matrix quickly climbs the ladder and reloads his gun "someone should get on that balista" or whatever it was

 You may make a Wisdom (Perception) check with disadvantage for low lighting.

Flint  goes to the captain "lass, should it come ta  fightin' where will ye  need me? This thing got a weak spot?"

“A weak spot? Sure, the ballon is the weakest spot, as well as a blindspot. The other blindspot is under the keel; we can’t see anything directly underneath us. Why do you ask?”

Captain Delsephine looks around and sees the approaching birds. “Friends of yours?” She asks with no small amount of sarcasm.
