I think Sposta is asking whether the players are cool with Toots chumming to the not aquamantacores the wrong way (some folks have boundaries about animal cruelty and I've seen it x carded in games). I'm ok with that. As for Tommary, whatever he's about to witness he'll just add to his "horror, the horror" apocalypse now experience of this whole mountain, complete with river ride.

Ok, I'm a bit spatially/imaginatively challenged. I am doing either of these depending on which orientation is correct. Presuming Tommary was treading water waiting for Illy's descent when the attack happened:
A. If Ily is only on the wall between the bisqued lobster and the scorp corpses, Tommary will simply dash to the party's lobster shelled tier, if possibly throwing his skirmisher reaction into the mix, I don't know if I'd make it all in a turn but we'll see. Since this is all swimming and climbing for the most part, Tommary's got 30 feet of movement.
B. If Ily was attacked by the stealthy super fun sized jolly rancher on the wall between the aquamanticores and the scorp corpses, Tommary will attempt with MAXIMUM EFFORT a if possible skirmisher reaction to help position, climb the rope to striking distance of the rancher jelly extension menacing Ily, using his rope to one handed wall walk if he has to, and then bring the wind breaker down on it, adding sneak attack damage on account of it engaging Illy (and yay dueling fighting style). Sabre Attack: Attack: 19 Damage: 16 and if possible if he's still got his cunning action available disengage along the wall (if he needed dash to get into striking position, that's fine he'll just take his acidic lumps). With blade flourish*, Tommary's got 20' of movement, 35' if he works dash into it (which I'm starting to feel is the most likely with no disengagement).
Blade flourish adds 10 to walking speed, so may not be applicable here, but he is trying to wall walk this. For all that unconventional rope work he'll athletics 14
I'll leave it to DM if Tommary's audible is "ungh" from climbing exertion, "wooooo!" for gravity showboating tactics or "whoah!" for landing back in the aquamaticore drink or managing to hang himself.

OOC: Question as I ponder Elyona's options when her turn arrives: Is there a way for her to aim moonbeam so that the gelatinous cube(-esque creature) is targeted but not Ilyara? Also, if it's not too much trouble a map/diagram of where everyone is would be helpful for me: I don't handle 3 dimensional space (or sometimes even two dimensional0 in my brain well, and I'm not sure where everyone is. I did go back and look this one, which helps with the general layout, but I'd like to be clear about where all the PCs are, the sea lions, and the ropes.
OOC: Will wait for Wisp's call, but I believe the cube itself is actually in the well at the bottom/center of this ... I believe (if it's possible) that I'm attacking a sort of tendril extension of the cube, it's a gotta reach I think.

The cube occupies the entirety of the bottom section - 10 feet by 20 feet. There is a clear barrier between it and the sea lion level.
The party floating in kayaks on the top, Ilyara hanging over the edge on a barrier wall, the cube below that reach upward.
It is Tommary's turn, GOGO
