 This is something that DDB is currently working on; they had to finish a complete rewrite of the backend code for the character sheet before they could begin to address spells of the mark.

However, there is a solution for you in the meantime:  Make a homebrew copy of healing word. Change the name to indicate that it is a Mark spell (perhaps “Healing Word-Mark of Healing.”  Add all missing casters to the “available to classes” box.  Save. (Including saving from top button).  Make sure homebrew is turned on for your character, and then add the spell to your sheet.

Can you summarise please? I'm not aware of issues with these items.

 Myself and several others have not been able to access those two particular items for over a month. We have had support tickets open for over a month and have heard nothing for weeks.

PS- I bought E:RftLW from DDB in full, and can access everything else, but have been unable to access those two particular items since the big character sheet update.

I noticed a few days ago and still today that the "Spells of the Mark" subrace feature on the dragonmarked houses are not adding the spells to casters spell lists when selected as the race.

I know it was working was ERftLW first came out cuz i have character with the spells from the race that arent in their class so thats odd.

The devs never implemented it so, no, it wasn't working then. Either you added the spells another way or chose some shared homebrew that did so.

 I got another email from support stating that the matter was resolved. I check and can confirm that I was able to see them under “manage equipment” on at least one character.

Bug: The Steel Defender's stats do not change on D&D Beyond with the Artificer's proficiency advancement. I can't change the skills, saves, and attacks based on the increase in the artificer's proficiency. All I can update are the HP's and AC.

This has been the case for me too and for awhile -it’s an issue when using the stat block  in roll20.
