A similar effect to "I am the only one who can pronounce this name" can be had with "I am the only one who can remember this name".
None of the individual names in my kitsune warlock's name are particular difficult to pronounce or remember. But when she introduces herself as Nytra Xyroxi Helnoa Ufeli Bitterclear (raised by a gnome, leaned hard into the gnomish penchant for collecting gmany gnomish gnames), she gets quite a bit of "WHOAH. Settle down, lady. Start over, with less mouth seizure this time?" Or did before her game died, anyways. I can rattle that off with nary a hitch (most of the time), but nobody else ever has. It's the Percival Fredrickstein von Musel Klossowski de Rolo III approach, which I've found to be more enjoyable and memorable (for a given definition of 'memorable') than ****** umlauts, or saying "I'm fluent in Sindarin; I'm going to write and pronounce my character's name and also my entire character sheet in grammatically correct Sindarin and when people ask me what all this swoopy chicken scratch is, I'm going to tease them for not being Tolkienerdy enough."
I'm playing a necromancer who's the inspiration for Eris(Except creepier and less of a jerk) and she has an extremely long name.

I literally made my dragonborn's family to have the longest names I could find. And this is how he introduces himself every time he meets a new person. "Salutations, (insert correct title here)! I am Shorrhiashkmargid Wudaar, son of (hold on, I forgot how to spell it) Nyemphuuk and Luamrandraarges Wudaar, heir to the throne of Zruodrora." I remember how to pronounce it, but I rarely remember how to spell the names of his parents :/
Used a name generator site for my dragonborn and came up with Fiampendrirduash Balfras. He hasn't made his debut in any campaign yet, but I'm going to put into his backstory that he gets really mad if you don't pronounce his name exactly right each time. Although maybe his close friends get to call him FB or something.

Why reinvent the wheel when there are good names already on this planet.
The number of people I found saying "war-KES-stir-shire" for Worcestershire (a county in England) is shocking. It's a word I learned how to pronounce properly as a kid. (If you're also thinking war-KES-stir-shire, it's pronounced far more simply as WUStersher.)
Now, I did a stupid and also included, Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwyll-llantysiliogogogoch (which is in Wales). I intended to trip up other people, but it trips me up far more. I can spell it just fine, but yikes on the pronunciation.

In the eastern United States there's a city named Worcester. There it's pronounced "woo-step" or "wer-ster" or "woos-ster" or "woo-stah" (it's in the same state as Boston and the "ahr" instead of "er" is prevalent.

Again. No need to reinvent a wheel when some already exist. Continuing with real names for fantasy ones...
Krpcic is not unpronounceable. Just unusual to those who do not recognize r as a semivowel. ("Kerp-chick" is how it's pronounced.) It's a surname, but I do not recall the nationality.
Zzyzx is a town in California - also not unpronounceable but still unusual. They changed it from Soda Springs to that - an official change that happened just in 1984 even though that's what people had been calling it for a long time. Zzyzx was the name of a spa whose name was supposed to be the last word in an English dictionary. So essentially, the town is named after a business. (It's unincorporated but also federal land.) Depending on who you ask, it's either ZIGH-zicks or ZIH-zicks. (When I lived in CA, everyone was calling it zih-zicks.)
Human. Male. Possibly. Don't be a divider. My characters' backgrounds are written like instruction manuals rather than stories. My opinion and preferences don't mean you're wrong. I am 99.7603% convinced that the digital dice are messing with me. I roll high when nobody's looking and low when anyone else can see.🎲 “It's a bit early to be thinking about an epitaph. No?” will be my epitaph.

In the new side-campaign my friends and I just started is a dragonborn rogue with the name Jinzire "Shroud" Xaxkhamtheryllax. We just call him Jin, or Jinx, depending on his luck xD (he likes gambling)
I feel like I should include my drow ranger's name, "Gilli", because that's been my online nickname since 2003 and (english speaking) people keep mispronouncing it "Chilli". No, no, it's a hard G. Like in Good, Great, or Gill. (the origin of my nickname has nothing to do with gills tho xD)

I would never have even considered attempting to say that as Chilli. I mean - it's a G so how do people get to Ch?

Considering that a keyboard is qwertyuiopasdfghjklzxcvbnm, that's obviously not an actual name.

I played a Dragonborn and used Aztec/Mayan names for inspiration, thus Huetlatoani Ixtlapocli, better known as Ixt. And Worcester is Wuster.
