Really going to need to know more than that. Type of names, type of dragons, type of world, for example are all needed to give you anything helpful versus "names the poster thinks is cool".
Heres a good anme generator (for all species), some names are better than others though (I mean I think i could find a use for "qialbyd, Lord of the Brown" or "qamrot, the Squeeler" but I don't t they really inspire fear in the standard draconic manner)
Take the first 2 letters of your first name. Next, take the last 2 letters of your last name. Then, do the first 2 letters of your mother's name, and the first letter of your father's name. You can then expand upon this if it's cool, like how some dragons have super long names with a ton of consonants in them.
Mine is Leonmar. (coincidentally in Spanish translates into sea lion). This would probably be what villagers that lived near where this dragon would call it. If I were to expand it to a full dragon name, I would do Leonmarzithrakisithtor, or something like that.
Another example of a name generated by this system is Roonjue, and then expanded to Roonjuekilithanthicornathein.
Try it.

My last dragon was Zephorax son of Cythorax. When I'm trying to name a dragon, I usually think of fake-Latin names...basically the same way people name medicines, actually! Names that sound like Tolkien's dragons (Scatha, Ancalagon, Glaurung, Smaug, and of course Chrysophylax Dives) are always good too.

Take normal names, add apostrophes (the more the more powerful the dragon is) add rax nax vax yon von xon ron ran zur tur tar tax zar var xor lon at the end or in between, maybe even two of the options.
Gregor becomes G'Regor'yonzar'tar. Aimee becomes Ainax'me(e)'zur etc.
Another thing to consider when naming dragons is what everyone else, especially normal people might call this dragon. Depending on the dragon and it's reputations, most people might only know the dragon by a descriptive title or a shorten sort of nickname.
Ingeloakastimizilian is the dragon's true name, but the legends of this dragon commonly call him Icingdeath. Imvaernarhro, the Great Red Wyrm who has mastered all fire magic, is commonly just referred to as Inferno. Daurgothoth, one of the most powerful Dracoliches in all of FR is commonly referred to as "The Creeping Doom". Klauth, one of the oldest still living dragons on Toril, is often referred to as "Old Snarl".

"Meddle not in the affairs of dragons, for thou art crunchy and taste good with ketchup."
I give my dragons long names with sharp constants but also lengthy vowels (Ex: Thauraeln, Grisknarael, Saevaran). Then I add a title at the end, which signifies their attributes or achievements. A dragon's title is essentially their status among others of their kind. Using titles, you have Thauraeln the Bold, Grisknarael the Sly, and Saevaran the Wayward.

Okay, use this tactic to generate unique names:

This is the site I suggested :)
Theres a really good dragon name generator from DNDNames. It looks like they took a lot of inspiration from dragon names that exist in D&D lore.
They've actually been adding a lot of monster name generators in the past few weeks. Their Lich names are pretty good, too.
