Effect: You stand perfectly still, close your eyes and hum. You extend your senses out 30ft in each direction. You are instantly aware of all humanoids, aberrations, beasts, celestials, dragons, faeries, fiends, giants, monstrosities, and plants within the area.
When you reach level five, your senses grow by 30ft and you can also sense constructs, elementals, oozes, and undead.
When you reach level eleven, your senses grow by 30ft and you can sense beings in the etheral plane. You can tell which plane the creatures you can sense are on.
When you reach level seventeen, your senses grow by 30ft and you can sense beings in the astral plane.
I wouldn't have this as a cantrip. Sense a few of them, would be 2nd level at minimum. This is to not step on the existing features of classes that also do this from 2nd or 3rd level. Imagine your most protective early features being outshined by some cheap spell? Nah.
At higher options you can sense additional types. And maybe consider increasing range to 60 ft with higher level spell slots. Maybe.
As a cantrip though? Not even the remotest chance in hell. Not even Detect Magic is a cantrip and your spell has greater utility.

This is not a cantrip, it’s a 2nd- or 3rd-level spell at least.

Cantrip = sense humanoids. at 1st level. At level 5, it also includes: beasts, dragons, giants, monstrosities, and plants
At level 11, it also includes Abberations, celestials, faeries, fiends,
At level 17 it also includes sense constructs, elementals, oozes, and undead.
Never sense more than 30 ft, never sense on other planes.
Even that’s a bit strong for a cantrip IMO, but much better.
