I've been waiting since the 23rd for mine. It takes a long time because there is only so many mods and many, many, submissions. It's also Easter holiday which may have delayed things a bit. It's normally about a week but they seem to be taking a bit longer now.

Please remember, if the homebrew creation is something you need for your own campaigns only, you do not need to publish it. One of the reasons there is so much of a backlog is the fact we have to go in a reject items and explain to the creator why it's been rejected. Another big one is testing (making sure modifiers are working, spelling mistakes, etc.) - every time a creator spots something and updates, it then needs to be resubmitted (if they wish to make public again). We hope that people are only publishing creations that they've tested themselves, balanced in playtests, etc.
If anyone can give me a time-frame? I submitted a couple of items about 1-2 weeks ago that have not been reviewed/approved.
Muchas grassy-ass!!

Currently the oldest items in the moderation queue are from 21st March, so 11 days currently unfortunately.
The moderation team are working through it and the queue size is dropping gradually (it was around 14 days).

Wary the wizard who focuses on homebrew, for he can create nightmares that you wouldn't even dream of

Does that mean that my players can add it to their character sheet without final approval? I thought it had to be approved before adding.
Thanks!!
