I'm building a Dryad - for Dryad Magic, I cannot figure out how to do the level restricting. The trait says: "You know the Druidcraftcantrip, and may cast the Shillelaghcantrip once per day. At 3rd level, you may cast Entangle and Goodberry once per day. Your spellcasting ability for these spells is Charisma." What am I doing wrong? Should I not be using the "Available at Character Level" slot?

It says that the spells are restricted until the PC is level 3 - and the PC in question is level 6, so I'm wondering why the spells are not consequently showing up in the spell list.

Could you explain the problem in more detail? Which spells aren’t showing up? Do they not have the right number of uses?

I would advise you to start off of a copy of the Tiefling race, which already has that feature of gaining new spells at the character gain levels: https://www.dndbeyond.com/races/tiefling#TieflingTraits
