Randall:

”Agreed,” says Brother Randall, “We will see what we can do to keep you safe,” as he goes into the city with Bow, looking for Petcan and the docks.

Not finding anything Grim heads to the south of the wall to rejoin Randall and the refugees.

Petcan tries to get the Dockmaster’s attention.

”Excuse me, sir? SIR?? We need your help!” 

“That’s what we need help with. We’ve got a whole village of people who have been turned away at the gate. The goblin hordes are coming and they’re right in the path unless they can get a ride out of here. Can you help?” Petcan

Randall:

”My friend speaks truly, harbormaster.  We fled before the goblin horde and managed to get the refugees to the cusp of safety, but were read an official proclamation denying them entry into the city.  I don’t know how long they have before the first horde arrives,” adds Randall, worried about the vulnerable state of the refugees and the apparently callous approach of the city defenders.

“You’re the harbor master, aren’t you?? Help us find ships to get these people on! Anywhere that’s not here!”

“I thought you might know which captains we should talk to about our problems.”
