Gordon, all beaten up, walks in to the Glory and heads straight for his room. He takes off his armor and his scimitars and wraps them neatly and places them on the floor where he meditates for a short while. Then he gets up and goes to sleep cause this mutant is tired af.
Og comes back from his match completely exhausted. He'll pause just long enough to take advantage of his free drink and down it, and then sits down at the bar and falls asleep.

To Sora If you want, i can try to see if you can commune with nature like i do. To be honest i'm not sure how to teach you, but if the land chooses you, we will know it. Grianne is offering to try to teach Sora the ways of the druid.

Marmaduke, the livery is getting ready to close up shop, but they're more than happy to show you around. You don't see any Elephants. If they had them they'd have to keep them elsewhere. As you think on that, you try to imagine what would happen if you tried to squeeze a huge beast into a medium prep room... Would an Elephant be useful if it couldn't move. They don't appear to have any camels either. What kind of 2 bit Livery... Anyway...
Their best saddles are 20 gold. A months feed and stable, 16. The best horses go for 400 gold while a mule would only cost 8. For barding a wide variety is available from simple padding at 20 gold to heavy plate costing 6000 gold.
Marmaduke at one point pulls out her Bag of Tricks, and starts having a mad idea of creating some sort of handheld crystal for holding and summoning Large size friendly creatures to Small Ones. She knew the sort of thing would be unethical, to say the least. But the thought of such a dual purpose prison nags at her... Another time...
"400!? Ohh… Mmm... Damn. Too soon. You wouldn't happen to know anyone in the business of... procuring Guard Drakes, would you? Maybe even War Goats and Riding Lizards as well?" She inquires.
(ooc: I know I probably wouldn't be able to use the Guard Drake in the arena, but she'd still be interested in it for outside of it shenanigans)
The man looks a bit shocked and grimaces. "Um, no ma'am. I know nothing of the sort." Not that such things don't exist, but this guy doesn't know anything about 'em.
"You're telling me that with all the crazy stuff I've seen walking about, that you've never thought of getting at least a few War or Riding Goats in your stable? What type-..." Marmaduke catches herself, sucks in a deep breathe, and then lets it all out. "Listen... I'm vired, and you probably are vo... to. So tell you what. I'll take a Mule for now with a basic saddle, saddlebags, and a cart. But Question. Would you be willing to, say, work with an old friend of mine and get some proper Goats imported? And if so, how much of an investment you need for this to look into breeding them as well?"
Marmaduke, he looks at you for a long time. Trying to decide if you're in your right head, as the stable hands get your mule, and set you up with a cart. As you're ready to set off, he says, "One fella had a big dog awhile... That's uh, 32 marks."
Marmaduke's eyes narrow to the thinnest slits as a rumbling growl began to emanate from the back of her throat. "Thanks. You've been the biggest help." She says through clenched teeth as she passes over the coin, promises to be back on the morrow to actually pick it up. She doesn't bother with her bed upon reaching her room at the inn. She straight up collapses on the floor, and dreams of lightning and fangs.
You know, the good dreams.
Come the next morning, Marm has one of the older kids in her loose employ handle the days betting arrangements. At least as far as taking and distributing based on odds she herself set. She even pulls out one of her Bag of Tricks to guard the teenager while the girl worked. In the meantime, she had some ingredients to hunt down in the nearby forestry. Ingredients of the Potion of Healing sort. And maybe a few poison too...
Bag Animal Number... 7. A Lion. (Seriously!? Where the freak was that in the arena!)
He goes out into the town, intent on exchanging his shortbow and arrows for a hand crossbow. He would also like to buy a herbalism kit.
((Just a reminder.))
