(@DragonDenn - see my long OOC post confirming some stuff and then I will decide and probably roll Lyra's attempt to Counterspell the 8th level Maze spell).
Donlas uses his reaction to cast 2nd lvl absorb elements to half the fire damage and add 2d6 of fire damage to the next melee attack.

As Lyra casts her spell to counter the Lich's magic, it does the same, casting Counterspell in return. As it used a 7th level slot, it does not need to make any checks. The arcane ward around the lich glows again, as it is infused with vitality from the spell the lich cast to counter Lyra's magic. Lyra disappears, no where to be seen.
Batair, Donlas, and Kosmos
Lyra just disappeared, and the lich stands facing you still. It is your three's turn to act.
Not updating the map just now, you three are in melee with the lich, so can act without movement unless you have a reason you wish to move away. I'll update the map at the end of the round, after Lyra has a chance to save to see if she can break out of the maze.
As Lyra disappears in a dull black shimmer, her Counterspell being countered with Counterspell, the party members who had agreed to Rary's Telepathic Bond hear her fading thoughts in their heads:
"He cannot Shield himself the rest of this round, boys. Make it count."
Her fading voice in their heads is that of the melodious half-elf bard once more, not the deep guttural quork of the Raven Queen that had been manifesting in front of them a moment before.
When Kosmos is hit by the fire shield, he uses his reaction to use his Telekinetic Reprisal and fire back. The non-lich must make a STR save of 15 or take 7 of force damage and pushed back 10 feet. Half if saved.
(As this is a reaction you take on the previous round, during your own previous turn, this is something that would have been done well before the spell vs Lyra and her disappearing... Just want to make sure that is clear here.) The lich fails its save and is knocked back from Kosmos. It has no where to go, so is slammed into the wall and remains in its same position. The force damage does not seem as much as it should be, as the lich seems resistant.
Kosmos uses his bonus action to rabbit hop away 20 ft (no AoO) and refocuses on the vile creature. "What did you do to Lyra?!" and he casts guiding bolt at the non-lich
Donlas grins at Battair and Kosmos "Thanks for helping me guys"
Before he imbues his psychic blade with booming energy as he attacks the Lich
Attack: 29 Damage: 49
After which he runs 35 ft towards the other side of the room, the tree between him and the lich (using a BA dash if needed)
(will tell how much damage for each type in the next post)

Donlas strikes at the lich, hitting hard and causing the arcane ward to flare and then vanish. The blow rocks the lich back on his heels, clearly hurting him as he glares at Donlas. Donlas though turns and moves away from the fiend, moving out of sight around the immobile tree. The lich manages to retain concentration on his Maze spell though.
Using Divine Favor, he lobs a javelin into the nearby tree.
Attack: 19 Damage: 8 Radiant Damage - 1
The tree is encased in a sphere of force, created by Lyra. Batair already knows this. Please do a different action. You are currently standing right next to the Lich.
((I believe with Donlas, Batair and Kosmos having posted their turns and the Tree being inside the Wall of Force, it's Lyra's turn to try to get out of theMaze with her action. So she has to make a DC20 Intelligence check, not save. So, not being proficient, Jack of all Trades should let her add an extra +2 to her +1, making it 1d20+3. So she needs 17 or higher on the die. A 20% chance each round, starting this one.))
(He needs to make a CON save of 15 or be stunned)
(Yes, he made the save with a 23. He has +9 to it and advantage from foresight.)
Oh wow. Yeah, definitely the big bad!

Lyra's attempt at DC18 Counterspell against the non-Lich's Maze (out of 3rd level slots so using her last 4th level slot).
Charisma check (+5) and +2 more for Jack of all Trades. So 1d20+7: 25
