Lost Mine of Phandelver (Kolbitr DM)

Silas:

Sister Garaele makes and holy gesture with her hands and says a quick prayer for Silas. "Do be careful when dealing with Agatha, a Banshee is not someone you want to make mad."

Silas sees Vandar and then Tibern enter the Inn.

Stonehill Inn:

The Inn is quiet at this time of day, Toblen keeps himself busy around the common room and Kitchen, He greets Vandar and Tibern (Lothar as well if he follows to the Inn) as they enter.

Meanwhile:

I need a perception check from both Glen and Bron.

Tibern nods to the barkeep and takes a spot at a table. He will order something to eat as he goes over a plan for how to deal with the mercenaries if things go wrong when they go to the tavern to question people about them.

" Just making sure you don't get yourself in trouble and bring it back for us to deal with. I'll follow you just in case."

Perception: 21

Silas will follow and join Tibern at his table. Asking what his plan might be to deal with these wicked people.

"We are just going to investigate them for now. If things turn violent then we will have to do what must be done." Tibern will tell the cleric, his tail flicking in irritation as he taps his fingers on the table. 

Stonehill Inn:

With no other customers at the Inn at this time of day Tibern dose not have to wait long before Toblen brings him his food. Toblen asks if anyone else at the table wants anything.

Meanwhile:

Glen and Bron notice nothing out of the ordinary.

Vandar, having joined Silas and Tibern at the table, asks for a meat pie and an ale.

Toblen quickly and happily retrieves a delicious meat pie and stout ale for Vandar.

Silas will say "that sounds like a good plan. Well I'm hungry I'm going to order some food." Silas will walk away and talk Toblen.  

Glen looks at bron this “no need, I must complete an errand alone so if you could leave that would be great” with that glen continues towards the sleeping giant

Tibern will mat his meal when it is brought out, looking over to the monk as he notices that Bron and Glen are still nowhere to be seen. All he can hope is that the wizard does not end up in trouble once more.

Lothar

The man decided to find the Sleeping Giant.  He walked up to the tavern and noticed right away that this was no inn.  Though the hour was early, the awful smell of booze, urine, and bile filled the street outside.  No, Lothar did not feel like he was in the right place.  He decided to join Tibern and Vandar at the Stonehill Inn and took a seat next to them.  "I was wrong about Sleeping Giant.  This is the place we need.  We should ask the barkeep about the local thug problem."  Turning to Tibern, he said,  "Do you want to?  Or I will."

Toblen sees Silas approach the bar, "Anything I can get for you my friend?"

"The bar keeper here seems to be fine from how he has treated us so far. If you speak to him do not be rude as that would leave us without a place to stay during our time here." Tibern reminds Lothar as he finishes his meal, his hand going to rest folded on the table. "I can offer to do so as I u see my words for a living at times."

Silas would like to say to Toblen " I may have upset my friends over there, they  want interrogate some of the mercenaries here. I was hoping that you might be able to set that up? Maybe a safe place where we can talk to these folks. " Silas explains his main goal is keep everybody alive if possible. But in the past, it hasn't always worked.

Lothar

Lothar nodded at Tibern.  "Yes, we should only make enemies of those who are against our cause."  He then noticed Silas talking to Toblen and he decided it was best to see what Silas reported upon his return to the table.  In the meantime, he asked Vandar, "What do you think of this orc menace?  I want to find out more about these vile creatures."

Vandar nods at Lothar's comment.  Foul creatures.
