Neya's dragon mask fragment filters some of the poison in the air but the warrior still coughs a little. (Neya takes 13 poison damage.)
This does not preclude the monk to go on the offensive, night thus the thick fog on account of Neya's blindsight. She slashes the feral druid in front of her twice, after focusing for an instant on her internal Ki power. The undead creature wobbles in place, but remains aggressive. (Feral Druid#2 takes 22 slashing damage.)
Neya then turns to deliver two blunt kicks to the newly-emerged skeleton next to her, but a single one is enough, even to the fighter's surprise. She takes advantage of this to deliver the already cocked follow-up kick to the druid's head. (Skeleton#2 takes 22 magical bludgeoning damage and is DEFEATED; Feral Druid#2 takes 7 magical bludgeoning damage.)
Not really relying on sight, Grewalt and Ilim snap into action. The human spirit releases a spectral crossbow bolt at the feral druid fighting Neya, while the dwarf spirit summons a non-descriptive sphere of magic to impact against the other feral druid. Grewalt gets a kill. (Feral Druid#2 takes 23 radiant damage and is DEFEATED. Feral Druid#1 takes 23 radiant damage.)
The surviving druid (if you can call undeath "surviving") moves a bit {AL-26} and lashes out against Utar. Its attacks are somewhat hindered by the fog.
In the background, Abet smashes his spectral greatclub against a skeleton, pulverizing it. By then, Grewalt has already reloaded his crossbow and fired a second shot, though this one is just a glancing shot. (Skeleton#1 takes 26 radiant damage and is DEFEATED; Skeleton#5 takes 13 radiant damage.) (See EDIT below.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The three remaining skeletons then go on the offensive, but two of them enter the Spirit Guardians area of effect in doing so. Ilim blasts one of them with magical force, while Abet breaks another one's bony arm. (Skeleton#3 takes 26 radiant damage and is DEFEATED; Skeleton#4 takes 13 radiant damage.) (See EDIT below.)
The skeletons who can attack move onward and do so {AK-24} and {AK-26}. They aim for the CRAPers by the entrance, the fog hindering them as well:
-> Shortsword vs. Graxx(Reckless Attack): Attack: 9 Damage: 4 (19,6)
-> Shortsword vs. Utar: Attack: 6 Damage: 8 (12(20),5)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Utar's armor, though damaged, does its job as expected. Graxx has no armor, and as such, he feels the nick of an old rusty blade against his upper arm. (Graxx takes 3 piercing damage.)
LAIR ACTION
The relic sparks up again, shooting another stream of fire towards Graxx and Utar:
(OOC: The original damage roll above was 17, so I'll go with that.)
Utar is is unable to move out of the way of the fire shot, relying once again on the flame-like sheen on his body to protect him. Graxx smells the air burning and ducks just in time. His hair still burns. (Graxx takes 8 fire damage; Utar takes 8 fire damage, already halved.)
EDIT:
I gave disadvantage to some enemies' attacked that shouldn't have disadvantage according to the blinded condition (heavily obscured area means everyone is effectively blinded.)
Going over the dice rolls, there are a few things that need addressing:
The "Claws" attack roll against Utar in post #724 hits with a 21. (Utar takes 14 slashing damage.)
Utar subsequently fails his CON saving throw with a 5 but, going by @Ori's previous post, Obsben would use Chronal Shift to avoid the hindering effect. This gives Utar a chance to reroll the CON save. Here's that roll: 18
The damage taken also forces Utar to roll a separate concentration check {DC 10}: 6
The "Shortsword" attack roll against Utar in post #726 also hits with a 20. (Utar takes 5 slashing damage.)
This damage also forces Utar to roll another separate concentration check {DC 10}, assuming the previous one succeeded: 21
The outcomes of other attacks in these two posts don't really change.
Depending on these rolls, a couple more edits may be needed.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
EDIT CONTINUED:
Apart from Utar taking a bit more damage, the edits above also mean that concentration on Spirit Guardians dropped during the druid's turn. Therefore, this means the skeletons never needed to save against it. In turn, this means two other skeletons are not defeated and would close in to attack. They move to {AJ-25} and {AJ-26} and attack Graxx.
-> Shortsword vs. Graxx(Reckless Attack): Attack: 16 Damage: 5 (5,Nat1,7)
-> Shortsword vs. Graxx(Reckless Attack): Attack: 23 Damage: 7 (5,Nat1,5)
No additional damage taken.
END OF EDIT
(Julio/Obsben, Graxx, and Utar are up next. All three need to star their turns by rolling a CON saving throw {DC 18} against 28 poison damage; save for half. Graxx should feel free to use his DM's Inspiration Token and/or Bardic Inspiration (d8). Obsben will need to also roll a concentration save for protection from energy.)
(OOC: Unfortunately, Obby needs to see Utar to use Chronal Shift, so couldn't re-roll the Con save. Utar does have his Bardic inspiration though he can burn and hopefully get what he needs to make the Con Save. Fortunately(for her at least), she doesn't need to see anything for her below spell)
As she hacked and coughed, Obsben can barely get out the words of another spell before fishing out a vial of molasses. She then almost immediately retches up the stuff, or looked as if she might in the seconds to follow. What comes out instead as her eyes turned black was a thick, sweet-smelling mist that immediately tried to flow into hostiles in the room. Those at least that were hostile to her, at any rate.
And as much as it might've appeared a physical effort to resist, even by briefly touching the mist, time starts to slow down to a crawl for those of too weak a will to resist whatever malevolence seemed to be giving the mist life. Though ultimately, regardless of who is able to resist or not, the mist visibly fades away within seconds. Obsben then made a full retreat to a nearby column in the central room and tried to catch her breath.
Action: Cast (3rd level)Slow at AH-23(Top-left corner of the spell for purposes of targeting). Scuzlord(*ahem* Skovac), Both Feral Druids, and the two skeletons at AH-24 & AH-27(since I believe they are the only one's she'd even be aware of) respectively must make a Wis Save(DC 16) or come under the effects of the spell.
Movement: To AQ-23.

Damage Reroll Due to Great Weapon Fighting 1st Attack: 18
Damage Reroll Due to Great Weapon Fighting 2nd Attack: 19
When you roll a 1 or 2 on a damage die for an attack you make with a melee weapon that you are wielding with two hands, you can reroll the die and must use the new roll. The weapon must have the two-handed or versatile property for you to gain this benefit.
Bardic Inspiration to 1st Attack: 8
DM Inspiration on 2nd Attack: 8
Graxx looks at Skovac and commands it! "YOU AND ME DEADMAN!"
(Bonus Action) Graxx will cast Compelled Duel at First Level. WIS Save of 14 required.
You attempt to compel a creature into a duel. One creature that you can see within range must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is drawn to you, compelled by your divine demand. For the duration, it has disadvantage on attack rolls against creatures other than you, and must make a Wisdom saving throw each time it attempts to move to a space that is more than 30 feet away from you; if it succeeds on this saving throw, this spell doesn’t restrict the target’s movement for that turn.
The spell ends if you attack any other creature, if you cast a spell that targets a hostile creature other than the target, if a creature friendly to you damages the target or casts a harmful spell on it, or if you end your turn more than 30 feet away from the target.
As discussed OOC, Obsben could not have used Chronal Shift on Utar's save. Hence, Utar's only recourse was BardicInspiration. Unfortunately, the added bonus (3) is still not enough for him to save (5 + 3 < 10). So, Utar becomes paralyzed and incapacitated during the Feral Druid's last turn. This then means that the "Shortsword" attack roll against Utar in post #726 is an auto-crit. (Utar takes an additional 6piercing damage.)
I believe this is the only new edit needed, apart from Utar's new conditions.
WIS save {DC 16} vs. Slow: 21, 3, 12, 14 (21+2, 3,12,14)
9, 5, 18 (9,5,18)
Obsben manages to avoid most of the harm caused by the toxic cloud around her, in no small part due to her quick reaction spell. (Obsben takes 4 poison damage.)

DM Screen:
WIS save {DC 14}: [roll]1d20+2+5/roll] (void)
In tune with the Weave, Obsben can tell that one feral druid and one skeleton fell pray to her spell. Taking what she can, the halfling then backs out of the stinky cloud.
LEGENDARY ACTION
The group can see exactly what is happening, but Neya suddenly feels a deathly ray coming in her direction.
-> Deathly Ray vs. Neya: Attack: 16 Damage: 23 (16,23)
The shot thankfully misses Neya, hitting the wall behind her instead.
Still in the cloud, Graxx inhales a minimum amount of smoke and moves towards the corner. He can exactly see where he is going but he uses the bright red scale just ahead as a point of reference. In moving, he invites three opportunity attacks. (Graxx takes 4 poison damage.)
-> Shortsword vs. Graxx: Attack: 15 Damage: 5 (15,5)
-> Shortsword vs. Graxx: Attack: 8 Damage: 4 (8,4)
-> Shortsword vs. Graxx: Attack: 13 Damage: 8 (13,8)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
None of the attacking skeletons can cope with Graxx's movements, allowing the barbarian to reach his intended destination. Using two different sources of inspiration, Graxx swings his axe wildly two times, hitting Skovac once. (Skovac takes 34 magical slashing and radiant damage.)
Graxx then intends to magically compel Skovac into a one-on-one duel but he can't fully see his foe (effectively blinded because of Fog Cloud and Compelled Duel requires you to see your target. You may keep your spell slot.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The root seems to be as blind as everyone else; the attack misses.
Utar has a solution to the annoying cloud of toxic gas in the room, but the Tormite is unfortunately paralyzed and incapacitated at the moment. Hence, instead, he inhales a bit of the fog. (Utar takes 9 poison damage.)
-> At the end of his turn, Utar can reroll the save. Here's the CON saving throw {DC 10}: 5 (5,Nat1)
