Neya, trying to find out where the bolt from the blue came from creates an orb of darkness (2 ki points used) hovering above a nearby rooftop (centered 15 feet above the roof at K-16). She the uses the shadows of the alley to send herself into that orb.
Once on the roof, she dispels the orb and tries to locate the source of the bolt.

What began like a cautious step soon becomes a twirling dance number as Obsben encourages Graxx to further get into the heat of battle (Bardic Inspiration). Always the multi-tasker, the halfling also weaves some magical incantations in her words, healing most of her companions even if they did not need any physical boost. Their vigor is inflated nonetheless. (Utar, Graxx, and Obsben gain 20 HP to both current and max HP.)
Meanwhile, Neya favors a sphere of darkness instead of the bubble of radiant light, using her shadow tricks to suddenly appear on the rooftops. Once the magical darkness is gone, she can clearly see the source of the flying crossbow bolt: an avian humanoid stands on the rooftop opposed to hers, partially obscured by a chimney {J-1}.
Ignoring Neya for now, the bird-person leaps into the air, floats to the northern rooftop {D-5}, and takes advantage of their sudden reappearance (from Utar's perspective) to shoot another crossbow bolt at the cleric while still midair.

DM's Screen:
-> attack vs. Graxx(Reckless Attack): Attack: 16 Damage: 3 (18,5)
Utar can tell that the crossbow bolts are laced with something but, thankfully, the Tormite has been able to resist its effects. The piercing wound, however, is a different story. (Utar takes 21 piercing damage.)
Graxx then suddenly feels the prick of a sharp blade against his neck. The disembodied voice of the elf comes from somewhere near the barbarian: "Drop your weapon and surrender, before I push this blade deeper!"
Graxx hesitates for only a moment but he does drop his weapon next to him.
"I DO NOT FEAR DEATH!" shouts Graxx.
(OOC: I'm not sure how to go about what I want to do next but I will try. Please let me know if anything needs to be altered.)
Graxx will explode with speed attempting to grab hold of the the arm and knife pointed at this neck.
Graxx will use his action to Grapple which since the person is disembodied would be at disadvantage but Graxx is raging so it might be a straight roll?
Grapple Athletics: 26
IF Successful Graxx will attempt to Shove the stealthy individual prone. If not, Graxx will attempt to Grapple again.
Taking a moment to take stock; there is an invisible elf somewhere in the vicinity and someone peppering him crossbow bolts. Given he can't see either of them right now, Utar focusses in on the two zeroing in on Graxx. Time to enter the fray.
While on the move, Utar conjures his spectral warhammer to the other side of the Half-Orc at Y,7. It takes a swing.
Attack: 10 Damage: 10
Arriving next to Graxx (W,6), he focuses on the Bullywug, aiming Lightbringer at it's head, hoping for a non-lethal take down.
Graxx drops his weapon but does not become less menacing. In a swift move, the human warrior grabs the invisible elf and sweeps his legs in a move the barbarian borrowed from Neya. An audible thud emerges from the ground even though there is no visual cue accompanying it. Graxx felt the physicality of the elf while performing the move.
Utar joins Graxx in combat, stepping to the side of his intended spot {W-5} given the barbarian is struggling with something/someone right there on the ground. Upon arriving, Utar wastes no time in bringing Lightbringer into the fight. Amidst the move, a Spiritual Weapon emerges and hits the nearby half-orc. (Bullywug takes 13 magical bludgeoning damage; Half-orc takes 10 force damage.)
Surrounded and losing his poise, the bullywug trashes about with a blade in his hand. The half-orc helps him in his struggle.
-> Shortsword vs. Graxx: Attack: 17 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
-> On a hit, Graxx rolls a CON saving throw {DC 15} against poison (Belt of Dwarvenkind):26 Damage: 17

The bullywug's thrashing about is only half effective. The half-orc's efforts are even more laughable. Graxx's back is nicked but that's about it. The confidence begins to seep out of the assailants' faces. (Graxx takes 22 piercing and poison damage, already halved.)
At the top of their turns, the bullywug and the half-orc are both smacked by Burga. (Bullywug takes 14 radiant damage; Half-orc takes 14 radiant damage.)

"Oh, you most certainly made him mad now."Obsben comments while fishing around her pocket for a chili pepper of all things. And after speaking a few words in draconic while waving it about in the air, the then somehow sparking pepper is shoved under her hat. "Time to put in the work, Salty Bottom. Come on now." She said nonchalantly, but with a notable edge tinging her words towards the end.
Little time is then wasted before the halfling hurried over to hide at least partial by a crate. But not so long after she does would a screaming winged monkey throw off her hat; it's fur now standing on end with faint bits of electricity crackling across the tips every so often. Salty Bottom beats his little chest as he stood on Obby's head, and with another cry of determination, flew in just close enough to the fray to unleash a spray of lightning bolts onto the half-orc thug and invisi-elf.
Bonus Action(Obsben): Cast (2nd level)Thundah Breath on Salty Bottom, granting it lightning breath.
Action(Obsben): Cast (Cantrip)Mind Sliver on "Half-Orc". Int Save(DC 16) or take 7 Psychic Damage and reduce next save by 3.
Movement(Obsben): To U-14, grabbing some cover(hopefully) behind crate.
Movement(SB): To X-10.

Extra Unarmed (non-lethal) Attack: 17 Damage: 10

Taunting her enemies, Obsben quickly weaves two spells in a bit over 5 seconds. One is a boon to her previously summoned familiar. The other a direct attack against the aggressive half-orc. The latter hits its mark first, forcing some blood out of the alley thug's left ear. (Half-orc takes 7 psychic damage.)
Affected by the mind sliver, the half-orc is unable to properly react to Salty Bottom's sudden spew of lightning. The invisible elf is similarly unable to react properly, but Graxx takes of of that damage on his behalf. (Half-orc takes 11 lightning damage; Elf takes 5 lightning damage; Graxx takes 5 lightning damage.)
By the time the lightning strikes, Obsben has already moved to find cover from raining crossbow bolts. She looks over her shoulder and sees the elf's shape losing its invisibility.
(OOC: I'll wait to get some clarification on Neya's movement before resolving her turn. @Drache: Please check OOC chat and let me know if you want to roll that acrobatics check.)

As Neya begins to dash across the rooftops, tiles slide from their positions and down into the alley, splashing into many pieces once they hit the floor. Despite the treacherous terrain, Neya maintains her balance easily. That said, even jumping across a corner to save time, she is still not quite able to move fast enough to reach the avian enemy. She stops some 25 feet away {D-10} and releases a couple of arrows. They both fly past their mark harmlessly.
Noticing her approach, the bird-person leaps back onto the western rooftop {J-3} and releases another arrow at a target down below. The angles favor Utar this time (attacker not considered to be unseen):

Despite the bolt being less of a surprise this time, it hits Utar right in the delicate underarm as the Tormite raises Lightbringer. This could easily have been a fatal shot, but Torm is by Utar's side. Nonetheless, the cleric's spiritual companions leave the battlefield. (Utar takes 33 piercing damage.)
-> Concentration on Spirit Guardians is dropped (the DC was 16).
Now visible again, the elf teleports away from Graxx's grasp, rises to his foot and backtracks a bit {O-15}, and then manifests a temporary spectral hand that looks like is going to slap Graxx before turning to a more promising target in Utar.
-> Chill Touch vs. Utar: Attack: 17 Damage: 10 (12,11)
The elf's aim is a bit off and Utar is spared from getting another wound.
Edit:Obsben weaves another quick spell to cancel the elf's escape attempt (reference).
