Yep, absolutely. 

Anyone else have any thoughts on what I proposed or just opposed to it? Is 200 to much for Splint just for a +1 to AC for either Dolrik or Count?

Count requests 2 spears and 5 javelins not be sold.

I don’t mind not upgrading (and costing the group) for a +1 ac. That 200 gp could go towards better upgrades later. Is a 5% change in chance to be hit worth 200gp?

Maybe I’ll regret it later when every hit hits exactly with a 18. That would be tragic.

It's up to you, the way I'm looking at it is is 200gp to go up 1 ac, 1500 to go up 2 ac. We are going to be a while before we can afford multiple 1500 armor sets and can't imagine we will come across too many in fights.

I rather reap the short term ac benefits and only lose 50 gp (resell value 150)

This is more extreme with Peregrin's studded leather, as the next best in light armor would be magical, but we are more likely to find a set of that.

I would take a set of Splint now of you don't want it. 

Let’s keep all the javelins and 4 spears, currently they are Nadir’s main weapons, too.

Ok, so sell everything except the spears and javelins, plus two suits of hide armor, and I’ll hold a rapier for Peregrin. 

I’ll keep a spare set of leather armor too

I don’t know if you counted the 5 spears and 4 javelins that Nadir was carrying. If so, she would take them back.

What is everyone's thoughts on armor for Sir Spitz?

None: AC 9

Ringmail: AC 14 (120gp)

Chainmail: AC 16 (300gp)

I’m ok with it, even chainmail. We have to protect all the team, we don’t lose much by investing it in protection.

I think ring mail. Sir Spitz' AC 9 is too low for medium or light, but also he isn't as important as, say, Peregrin. Peregrin's taking no money.

I also think Peregrin can take studded leather to get the maximum possible without magic items (unless he already has). Especially light armor is relatively cheap.

Peregrin would rather avoid being attacked in the first place, so we can wait on that for now.
