Nadir and Godric return to the base and Nadir heals 12 HP by way of Second Wind. I think the haste potion will be at 6/10 in the idle round. She drinks the invulnerability potion like the others.
At the end of the second round, the omnipresent light in the open, sandy arena flickers as an illithilich appears, 90 ft away and past the fallen enemies. He raises a hand and threads of dark energy reach to all the fallen foes, barring I think it was the Froghemoth. The bodies begin to twitch gruesomely, and they slowly rise up into twisted, undead, versions of themselves.
He speaks. “You have fought well. As I said before, if you survive this fight…you are free to go.”
you guys have won initiative. The enemies are all about 60 ft away still, except for the illithilich, who is about 90 ft away. Go!

The dragon will try and eliminate as many as he can, feeling the weight of the last fight still. He will try to line them up again (still hasted for the extra movement needed and let the lighting breath go again:
90' at 5' wide, dex DC 19 (Half damage if successful)
It will then spend the rest of its movement to fly up, and extra haste action dash to fly another 80 ft up on top of that up as he is trying to get out of anything range. It will use legendary actions if anything (the other dragon most likely) trys to get near it.
Nadir's stomach sinks at the display of raw power. Can they defeat that? This mage can summon armies. And probably take them out in a blink of an eye, too. She whistles for Godric and mounts the griffin who lifts her up immediately. Then the large creature dashes towards the mage over it and lands behind with Nadir thrashing with her club as soon as she is in range.

I’ll say you can catch all the regular zombies in that. They’re all incinerated!

Nadir’s bringing in the epic hero energy! The lich casts Shield, blocking the middle attack. At the end of Nadir’s turn it uses a legendary action to cast Mirror Image:
Three illusory duplicates of yourself appear in your space. Until the spell ends, the duplicates move with you and mimic your actions, shifting position so it's impossible to track which image is real. You can use your action to dismiss the illusory duplicates. Each time a creature targets you with an attack during the spell's duration, roll a d20 to determine whether the attack instead targets one of your duplicates. If you have three duplicates, you must roll a 6 or higher to change the attack's target to a duplicate. With two duplicates, you must roll an 8 or higher. With one duplicate, you must roll an 11 or higher. A duplicate's AC equals 10 + your Dexterity modifier. If an attack hits a duplicate, the duplicate is destroyed. A duplicate can be destroyed only by an attack that hits it. It ignores all other damage and effects. The spell ends when all three duplicates are destroyed. A creature is unaffected by this spell if it can't see, if it relies on senses other than sight, such as blindsight, or if it can perceive illusions as false, as with truesight.

Ouch, none of those hit. I’ll say you can hit tall the greater zombies, the wights and the eldritch lich with the fireball. It kills one of the eights and injured everything else.

The arcane Lich casts Lightning Bolt at Nadir and Godric: dc17 dex save or 22 Lightning damage, half on success. It then uses its Psychic Whisper. The lich targets one creature it can see within 120 feet of itself. The target must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or take 31 psychic damage and be stunneduntil the end of the lich’s next turn as incomprehensible whispers fill the target’s mind. On Nadir and again on Yoku for 26 damage. It also attacks Nadir with a tentacle, but misses.
The death dragon flies towards your dragon, exhaling its breath at it for 8 necrotic damage. DC18 dex save to take half.
The zombies move towards nadir and attack her. One hits with a 23 for 17 damage.

How many hp did Vermithrax have before? With a legendary resistance and potion of invulnerability still in effect, he may still be over the 100 mark? Also power word kill has a 60' range, but I'd rather see the dragon go out that way then one of us...

83, after the breath weapon hit. (I rolled the save in the encounter tracker)
