To make sure they didn't miss anything important and if they have the 10 minutes to spare, Tex returns to the larger ship to retrieve Bellamy's rope and ritual casts Detect Magic on its main deck. If there is nothing to note he returns and shares the coins with the Dragonfly's crew and his companions.
Captain Flame, now back up at the helm shouts. "Not much further to Port Damali. Listen finish this forsaken voyage before anything else can assault us." With that you see a few deckhands raise the sails to full mast and the ship creeks a bit as it takes off once more northward towards Port Damali. The Captainsays "Maybe a few hours left, sit tight and let me taker her into port. Or did you all still want to stop a bit shy and open the box up?"
Zane turns over everything he saw on the other ship. Given his background (with thievery and stolen goods and stuff), does it look like it has signs pointing to something like that?

"We all agreed down in the cargo hold last night that we would open the crate. We cannot be party to the transport of slaves. Or undead or disease agents. At least I cannot." Rel thinks of her mother Ilvara. How she would make sport of tormenting her chattel, finding humor in their suffering.
"Once we reach port, there is likely nothing we can do about that crate, correct Captain? If so, we should not wait until then. If we dare not stop for fear of pursuit by enemies, perhaps we open the box up while under sail, but within first sight of Port Damali?"
As the first hour passes, Rel attempts to rest and recover her pact bond (short rest). After an hour, she would want to jettison the corpses of the pirates, Bearded Man and raven, probably superstitiously wishing to burn them first, fearing their washing ashore, or returning as undead...
Tex counts the coins they salvaged from the big ship and informs his companions, "We've found a value of 2232 copper coins on that ship, some in form of gold, silver and actual copper. I suppose we split them evenly between us and the crew, right? I'm not sure how this is done properly but I feel everyone should be equal in a pack. Then we also have this necklace that looks kind of nice."

Zane takes some time to concentrate on his connection to the weave and ritually casts identify on the neckalce revealing it to be amulet of the drunkard
The boat appears to me a merchant ship judging by the amount of spices carried and the delivery manifests. With your background you would be able to tell that those pirates were not merchants and that boat was most likely stolen recently.
Rel, the captain responds to you, "All I know is once we reach port we are expected to hand the crate over to a party awaiting our arrival. Port Damali should be in sight within a few hours yet so decide quickly. I will let you know once it is sighted."
"With six crew members, the captain, and the five of us, everyone gets exactly 1 gold coin, 8 silver pieces and 6 coppers," Tex announces after doing the math, then he turns to Thren, excitingly, and says, "This powder in that box, or the box itself, also has a magical aura."
"Well, this is a sure way to alcoholism. But you'll stay healthy while doing it, I guess."
He hands it back to Tex, "Not for me. And I can heal myself anyways."
----
He turns to the captain, "Would there be a way to split the crew between the boats, but the larger one in front and tow us to Port Damali that way? Shouldn't lose too much time that way maybe?"
Bellamy thanks his companion for retrieving the rope and pockets the offered coin. "I am going to rest in my cabin. Call me when the crate is to be opened"He asks Melby to keep watch once more on the top of the sails before heading below deck and plopping himself onto his cot.
Tex keeps hold onto the amulet until someone wants it, "Thanks, Zane! I've heard a glass of wine a day can do wonders. Certainly, a useful trinket when you're in a tight spot. Could you also check out this box that we found? There's something to it." He hands over the tiny box for Zane to study, if he is willing to do so. "Hum," he lets out pensively, "I think I check on Bellamy, perhaps he'd welcome a drink." With this he goes, fetches some wine or other drink from the galley and looks for Bellamy to offer him the amulet and a drink.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Bellamy gets up and curiously puts on the amulet and takes a drink. Suddenly his wounds begin to stitch together and the bleeding has stopped. He looks at Tex with appreciation "Thank you for this mighty drink." He probes his wound "I feel as if as I can climb a mountain"
Tex's eyes gleam at the amulet's effect, "Glad it helped. This could come in handy from time to time ... as long as we have access to wine or beer." He takes the amulet and mumbles more to himself, "Perhaps I could make some machine that produces the wine?"
Since he's already belowdecks, Tex checks up on Lizzy and the general state of the cargo. He'll move the crate back into the hold and rearranges the galley as he had found it before. In a moment of silence, he puts his ear on the crate and listens intently. 'Is there really someone inside and still alive?' (Perception: 16)
Captain Flame answers Zane's question, "If you can recall, in my attempts to give the Dragonfly a chance to escape I did burn two of the sails on that boat. It will be difficult to maneuver and also quite slow now. It would not be an impossible task but would by and far slow us to a snails pace."
He continues the conversation, "I have half a mind of delivering the crate and returning with materials and crew to find and fix this ship. But lets be underway without it first."
Zane looks all around the horizon to spot any landmarks. "Captain, I understand that you want to disappear, but I'd like to provide information for the authorities in Port Damali for a best guess on where the ship will be and is heading by the time we reach shore. I would very much appreciate if you could keep making the mental math as we go."
Zane will also write down notable features of the other ship and its name as well, if it's visible anywhere at all.
Zane, you take note of the ships name across the rear of the boat "The Jubilant". The most notable thing is obviously the two burned sails and partially burned masts. The remaining sails are of various colors; dark green, a reddish-pink and an off-white. The only landmark nearby is off the starboard side of the boat and looking at the map that is available on the Dragonfly you would assume you can see the Twinward Isles
Captain Flame shouts out "Alright full sail now! Let's get this over with." He sounds less enthusiastic in his tone now but the crew still does as he asks and the Dragonfly sails onwards to Port Damali. After about an hour you see Palma Flora approaching on the horizon slightly off to the west, known as a popular vacation spot for middle class folk from Port Damali due to it's fine sanded beach and fruity cocktails. The shoreline curves northward for a way before turning back east. As you continue on towards the now visible coastline, ships are spotted more frequently. Mostly merchant ships but you do spot a few navy vessels of the Clovis Concord patrolling the waters as well. A few more hours pass before you hear the Captain shout once more "Port Damali in sight, what do we want to do?"
Looking off the bow of the Dragonfly, it is hard to make out the finer details from this distance, but by the size alone you are certain that this is indeed the largest city on the Menagerie Coast, Port Damali.

Tex,
When you get back aboard the Dragonfly you notice the small box that Thren carries also appears to have a magical aura
Zane takes some time to concentrate on his connection to the weave and ritually casts identify on the neckalce revealing it to be amulet of the drunkard

He hands it over to tex “ all yours if you want to identify”
Tex delegates Thren's inquiry to Zane, "Can you have a look at that? I know there is something magical about it."

Zane chuckles as he realizes the properties of the amulet of the drunkard.

You do not hear anything inside of the crate.
