Klara was surprised the scout would attack 1 on 4, unless there wasn't just 1 of them. "Be on the lookout for others!" she said in a hushed tone but loud enough for her immediate teammates to hear. She then backed away from the charging cultist and quickly made the necessary gestures and whispered the arcane words to cast a spell on him.
Initiative (1d6 Movementt + 1d10 cantrip): 13
Toll the Dead DC 13 Wisdom Save or take 5 necrotic damage, unless he's already injured, then take 7 necrotic damage
Reacting to the sudden assault, Urselles and Klara both casts Toll of the Dead to their attacker! (Save against Urselles 14, Save against Klara 16) Unfortunately, the scout's willpower managed to resist both!
Aeryn rushes in while maintaining his range with Urselles, he manages to strike fast, but not accurate enough to hit the scout.
At the same time, Whisper who managed to avoid the Scout's detection lets out an arrow that deals powerful damage, thanks to Aeryn's melee. Whisper tries to hide back into shadows, but failed to avoid the scout's strong perception.
The scout strikes back and hits Aeryn, exploiting his defense due to darkness.
NEW ROUND BEGINS: Realizing that his prey might be too much, the scout tries to hide back into darkness! (If you attempt to engage the scout (or already engaged in Aeryn case) in melee this round, please also roll attack of opportunity as well).

So far the group was holding their own against the unseen attacker, but she knew that her and her group were facing disadvantageous conditions within the darkness. She had a spell that would provide some light, but it would give away their position. Still if the attacker was this comfortable in the dark then he might not be at the same disadvantage, it was time to even the playing field. She began to peer through the darkness looking for the attacker and once she had an idea where he was she summoned a bonfire!

A well, placed (despite darkness) magical bonfire and Urselles's divine magic manages to inflict significant damage and knock the scout unconscious. The scout falls to the ground, and it seemed that no other scouts approach you...if there's any. You still have about fifteen minutes to the barn before the supposed transaction time.
"We don't have a lot of time, but let's see if we can find anything that will help us figure out who this one works for."
Whisper approaches the unconscious body and quickly goes through it, pulling the scout's weapons, pouches or bags, and then searches for medallions or pins that perhaps serve as an identifier to a group or the like. He tries to make this quick given the time constraint.
Klara drops concentration on the spell as soon as she see's the man drop then keeps an eye out while Whisper searches the man. "It's almost midnight, we need to get to the barn if we are to be setup before they arrive."
After taking down the scout. Whisper quickly check his belongings and find a necklace with Claw-shaped ornament made from iron. As the transaction time comes near, You carefully continue moving towards the barn. Even though the time has passed since you watch from far, the condition in the barn is still dark. You managed to get to the barn before The Seller or The Buyer gets there.

Let's hurry up and take positions before they arrive. I'd like to hide (21) near the hole we made inside the barn, the closest to the entrance if posible.
(I added a +3 instead of a +4, my previous roll was a total of 17 but oh well, i don't mind that 14).
"You all go by the hole on one side and I the other. Klara once inside cast your unseen servant and place it next to me, so that it can put the feather on the seller. Have Relish fly about the rafters making a distraction, perhaps even swooping down, and that's when the unseen servant can place the feather. I'll be the backup should the feather fall."
Whisper describes the setup he left earlier, so that Klara knows where he'll be.
(OOC: I assume Klara agreed to go with Urselles and Aeryn, and immediately summon a Servant near Whisper. Clergy if you are thinking of something else please make a post)
After each of you get into position. You lie wait in for few minute. Then you can hear two group of people get inside the barn from opposing direction. Light footsteps can be heard from near where Whisper is hiding, while heavier footsteps can be heard close from where the rest of the party is hiding.
After they seem to settle in face-to-face (each group stands about 10 ft from each other). A finger-snap sound can be heard, and suddenly the barn is filled with dim light. Four light-spheres hovers around the barn's interior. Allowing you to see the two group in clear; a Dwarf clad in luxurious clothes and Elven woman in a black cloak, each with their bodyguards, standing face-to-face. You can see the elven woman holding a spherical thing covered in layers of leathers.
You're still hidden safely in your positions. How will you proceed?

What type of weapons (if any) are the guards, the elf and the dwarf using? Perception (19, if disadv 6). How many of them can i see? Can I see anything extra that would call my attention?
