“How come everyone else gets to look at the eye?” Tymm grumbles to himself.
Then upon hearing Sky’s suggestion, Tymm is going to search for signs of a blood trail or something to try and indicate a direction that the victim or the killer may have taken. (Investigation 11)

There does not appear to be any blood trail around.
"If you want to look at the eye then knock yourself out." says Eima. She winks, "I'll even let you have my turn."
While Tymmy looks for Blood Eima gets down to the cobbles looking for any signs of tracks. Dirt on the cobbles. Tracks of dust. Possibly evidence of things knocked over or ran into by the, presumably, stumbling man as he made his way.
There are smudges in the dirty street, presumably from the man, but they quickly disappear into the multitude of tracks and washout of the larger streets nearby. It seems like the eye, for better or worse, is your best bet to finding what is going on lies with it.
Eima relays her lack of results to the party, "What did that paper say again? Hail the Undying." she mutters, "Weird name. Though I wonder if there's a secret map on it somehow. Either faint lines blended into the paper. Maybe secret ink that comes if ye hold it over a flame?" She lights up, "I like a good fire."
“Perhaps the eye is the key to some doorway and the words are the password,” Tez announces his conclusions. “The hard part is to find the door. Anyway, I think burning our only clues won’t do us any good,” he warns Eima. “I’m not sure where to start? Perhaps, some nearby tavern? If there’s a cult nearby, they may know something.”

Sorry, I'm beginning to enter a vacation period and while I will try to check-in at least daily, I cannot promise that I will always be able to do so. From September 1, I should be back to normal.
Tymm would like to inspect the eye (shocking I know) but this time with purpose. He wants to see if he can determine what sort of creature the eye came from. Humanoid? Feline? Reptilian? Or anything else he can deduce from it.

"That is the COOLEST thing I have ever seen!! Can we follow it?? Please please please??" he begs, looking down the direction the eye is looking. "I want to see what it's looking at!"
For anyone who hasn't seen an almost 8 ft tall behemoth doing a giddy happy dance, it is quite a sight to see.

Eima braces herself, trying to stay upright from the mini-earthquakes Tymmy makes with each leaping jump in his dance. Is this what ants feel like when we walk past? she wonders. "Ack! Yes!" she pipes up, "Let's follow the eye before he collapses a building on us!"
„It’s all yours,” Tez finishes to hand him the eye. “I’m right behind you, Tymm. Remember, Delvin followed it and he did die. Be careful,” he adds, though he’s got a feeling that giving this advice is in vane. As soon as Tymm starts going, he falls in step.

Upon hearing Tex’s warning, Tymm smiles widely. At first glance it looks like one of his innocent, sweet smiles. But anyone paying close attention will see a flicker of mischief behind his eyes. That sort of trouble is exactly what Tymm is looking for. He draws Notch, his double bladed greataxe, and begins marching in that direction. The speed of his walk combined with the length of his stride would cause anyone following to jog in order to keep up. As he walks, he’s scanning the area around looking for potential threats.

"Slow down would ye!" mutters Eima between breaths as she runs to follow Tymmy. As the goliath keeps hurriedly following the eye's direction to she groans internally. It hurts her pride to do so but she turns to Sky and asks, "Think ye can give me a lift?"
[[ Using a stride calculator, found a rough guesstimate that Tymm's strides would be ~28.5 inches to Eima's ~9 or 10 inches. (Calculator was height -> stride and used meters for height without allowing less than 1m. Add in his being excited and even with cunning action for double-dash and Eima would have difficulty. Granted the official travel rules in the PHB are different, but why not have a little fun with the math. :P ]]
You encounter no hostility as you follow the strange eye, letting it guide you through the streets of the city toward the western catacombs. The withered eyeball aims its empty gaze down an alley strewn with rubble. Rats scurry between chunks of old stone and dusty crates. At the back of the alley is a set of moldering wood boards, propped up just enough to block a dark tunnel leading below the surface.
Tez can deduce that the eye is magical in a way. Perhaps the words on the paper have something to do with the eye as well.
"Sure." He holds out the eye to Tez.
