The pair (Boo and Guido) discusses Dragonshards(more on their nature, if they radiate magic and thus can be detected by detect magic or a locate object spell, etc.) and as well explore what each other knows concerning the various methods concerning storage and common practices in shipping/transporting them, do they need to be in special containers etc.
Guido thus drawing on his own infernal arcane knowledge, what he may have seen or heard on one of his own independent excursions, outings or drinking binges into the seedy underbelly of Sharn will Help Boo with her task at hand Boo Arcana17 relating to Dragonshards...
@pokepaladdy not sure if you will allow Guidohelping with giving an advantage or not, if not... I am happy to re-roll (without advantage) or you can just go with the first number in the roll good or bad (so looking back at the roll the first was a 4, +10 a 14and ignore the second number 17 since Guido does not really have Arcane skill I can see removing advantage and going with the 14 result. I don't know about you but I tend to view when one character help actions another character outside of combat, they either must be trained in the same skill as the check OR they must be able to justify why a different trained skill would help and basically with Guido and Dragonshards its a longshot but figured give it a try... DM's call! :)
Additionally, if Boo wracking her brain concerning what she may have read knows about common shipping practices and such if a separate skill roll or intelligence roll is needed let me know, no worries. If this does not pan very well out then I will post later for Boo to travel to Morgrave Univesity and find/consult with professors or sages there... as a follow-up.

You reckon that from prior knowledge on dragonshards, a crate that would be carrying them would most likely have some sort of base padding for moving them in transit. It could be something simple like straw, as it is also a good covering in case someone looks initially into a crate, as it is used to pack other delicates. While Dragonshards are sturdy, there is always the paranoia that they could break while moving at hundreds of miles an hour on the lightning rail, then who knows what could happen after that!
Given that logic, it is most likely that the crate itself will have 40% packaging, the rest dragonshards at a best haul, or 70:30 on a less profitable one. Regardless, the crate will be fairly heavy, but simple to carry between two or a juggernaut warforged.
Boo after mulling things over concerning the Dragonshards shares with the others all she is able to recall without books and such on hand. Not totally satisfied Boo feels a need to do a little more digging and looks at everyone, "alright then, here is what I am going to do... I am going to leave for a bit, but I am going to leave Guido here with the group, you can contact me through him and vice versa."
The Halfing continues if no objections, "I am going hop Skycoach and pay an in-person visit to Morgrave University located in the Menthis Plateau Quarter if someone wants to accompany me that is fine but I think those best suited for sorting out the transport issues or other specialized tasks relating to the job should pursue those alone, pair or group instead of going with me. We have a lot to do and little time to do it in. Besides trying to collect more information on Dragonshards (--by hitting the books and/or consulting with a sage professor specialist--), I plan to visit the drama department see if I can dig up a change of clothes and mask (--pull of any labels and such--). The first part of this errand is more suited to my talents and contacts so I doubt anyone should have any objections."

I intend to stop off and shop around the Bazaar of Middle Dura (--our little hideout is in Dura so sure that it is not too far and will not be too out of the way on her return--). I want to price some throw-away items/potions that will Locate Object and/or Knock that might prove useful to the job. I'm pretty tapped out so doubt if I can afford anything on my own so if I find something I will have Guido let you know and the group can decide if they want to dig deep and all chip in or ask our contact for some seed money for expenses."

He is going to also use prestidigitation to create a large face tattoo of a spider (make a mark on an object or symbol) as well as using thaumaturgy in order to make his eyes blue (change the appearance of your eyes). In addition, he is going to tuck his cloak of protection inside of his satchel as well as the bandana he was wearing before.

Gremmur says to those still in the hideout "Guess I'll go hire ourselves a couple of skytaxis."
Upon leaving the hideout, it will change its appearance to that of the first inconspicuous passerby it sees and go hang out by a part of the lower town that is know to have plenty of skytaxis, preferably a shadier one. It will spend some time trying to identify a couple of shadier characters who drive skytaxis, as to increase the chance they'd agree to a no-questions-asked ride or two (perception check: 2). Once identified, it will call both of them to a quieter area and start the conversation, trying to convince them to do some driving for the team, while it gives them as little information as possible. At just the right moment, it will use Fey Presence to ensure the cabbies are charmed, and then convince them to grab the opportunity when it knocks. (persuasion with advantage: 15). It is also willing to give them some gold, if necessary.
Finally, It'll unbutton a pocket and let Leej out, an annoying little sprite that just wont shut up. It will instruct the damned thing to keep an eye on the cabbies, telling the drivers that the sprite will deliver further instructions when the time is right.
Finally, once out of sight from the cabbies, it will switch appearance once again, this time to that of a young elven girl that he saw ordering some backed goods on the walk here. IT will then head back to the hideout.

I am still hopeful there is more to be learned about the Dragonshards that could help. Weasel unstraps her mask and doesn't really know how to offer help to the crew. So she heads out of the safe house and looks for a way to the lightning rail, she wants to see the railway herself and try to notice anything that can be of use to boarders or a way out.

Eldin will pick go with Gremmur. On the way, he will pick up one mask. He will wear the masks and wrap his scarf around his horns to hide their structure and color. Alternately, if he can find masks that hide his horns, he will get those. He will make sure to buy from someone who sells more masks identical to the one he bought to make it harder to track him.
While wearing the mask, he will look around with Gremmur to help him identify shadier characters who drive taxis. Perception: 14
Additionally, Eldin will also help Gremmur convince the drivers. (This way, Gremmur will have advantage and will not have to Charm them using Fey Presence) After all, it's better if the driver doesn't know he's charmed after the spell ends. Lot less risk if he doesn't use Fey Presence.
(Does Eldin now know Gremmur is a changeling? Does Eldin know what changlings are and what abilities they have? If so, he will quietly tell Gremmur while they are still searching, to not charm the driver during negotiations.)
Boo walks outside following Ith for a bit on her way to catch a skycoach keeping her friend in sight. Through her contact with Guido finds most everyone is going off alone continues to keep a close eye on Ith then suddenly veers off out of sight to get her ride heading straight for Morgrave University to look for one of her teachers she that she figures specializes in shards to pick his brain telling him she is doing a research paper and could really use some help and advice.
