Baik walks up to the sloppy handwriting Velmines looking at, pausing to look at it. Seemingly unharmed from his own entrance, he nods. I see, then. Someone used to be in here, and ran out of water. That means we all have to get out of here soon, or we’re wasting time. He looks back at Eiren, after Eiren fails to climb up one of the skulls. And climbing out of the mouths won’t work, it seems. That’s no good. How about we try the one I came out of? I didn’t suffer any harm, but I did come in different from you all. It’s worth a try, isn’t it?
Corvin chuckles at Eiren, then sobers at Baik's reading out what was written on the wall. "Well that certainly doesn't seem like a good sign..." he says. He's skeptical that climbing any different skull will have a btter result, but it's worth a shot, so he tries climbing the skull Baik came out of.

Eiren finds a couple more skeletons around the room and several piles of ash that may have come from the undead. In one spot between skulls 3 and 4 there are several piles of dust along with a mace head shaped dent in the wall.
Corvin puts Baik's plan into action and climbs into the mouth of the number 2 skull, hoping to be able to exit out the back ofvthe skull. However as he steps into the skull’s mouth, macabre laughter erupts from the northwest corner. Corvin is teleported to the 6 skull along the same wall (number 3) and comes tumbling back into the room, falling prone and taking 3 bludgeoning damage. Make a DC 15 Dex save or take a -2 penalty to Dexterity checks and saving throws.
Noting that the laughter had come twice from the same place, Eiren will go and investigate the northwest corner of the room, trying to feel around. Perhaps there is someone or something invisible there.
Eiren will have Qu'oth scout as much of the previous area as possible, and uses his connection to the familiar to see through his eyes. Qu'oth is looking to see if anything is out of place since we last left the room, especially around the doorway we all went through. Eiren will tell Qu'oth to stay away from the mist, though.
Xavier helps Eiren search the area but also comes up blank.
Eiren takes a few minutes to have Qu'oth scout around the explored area that the Raven can access. Besides a small party of zombies lead by a Dread Warrior who moves through the room with the huge curable from the northeastern white gate into the Forest of Death, he sees nothing of interest.

"Seems to be holds for grappling hooks on the ceiling. Do any of you see any place to climb? And for that matter, does anyone have a grappling hook? My rope broke coming through here." Eiren looks around for a place to climb out, if we could someone get a rope attached to the ceiling. Maybe a small skylight or crawlspace?
While Eiren is using Qu'oth eyes to scout around outside this room, and then Eiren glances at the ceiling. It occurs to him that maybe Qu'oth would be helpful looking at the higher levels of the room.
Find Familiar (Third Paragraph)
As an action, you can temporarily dismiss your familiar. It disappears into a pocket dimension where it awaits your summons. Alternatively, you can dismiss it forever. As an action while it is temporarily dismissed, you can cause it to reappear in any unoccupied space within 30 feet of you.
(The walls are too smooth to climb unaided but might just be possible with a rope.)
Velmine is hearing and attentive to the ceiling, and she responds. "I have a rope, but not a hook on it. With this rope, in particular, I don't even mind if it breaks. It has a trick that'd let me fix if that ever was a problem I had to deal with."
We checked around the faces, but not on top of them, we could try to climb up or if your familiar can look on top of them to see if there is a switch or lever or hidden compartment maybe?

Eiren quickly jumps to his feet. "I meant to do that."
He will then take a moment to look around the room, between each of the big heads, for any more skeletons or signs of previous inhabitants.

Corvin climbs slowly and somewhat awkwardly to his feet.
Eiren doesn't find anything, however he has the feeling that he might be missing something. Too bad he doesn't have a second set of eyes.
Corvin doesn't really think that was a good idea after all.
