This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Eiren curses. "These things are unthinkably fast!" He telepathically sends for Qu'oth while weaving an arcane symbol of fire with his hands. He utters a single word and throws his hands forward, sending three of his scorching ray bolts at the evil little raptor (C1).
Attacking C1: 28 Damage: 10 fire
Attacking C1: 28 Damage: 16 fire Attacking C1: 11 Damage: 8 fire
(So by my calculation I should have a little time left on Spirit Guardians. Xavier and Velmine spent 5 minutes searching the pile of bones after the fight, then 2 minutes on Velmine and Eiren's experiment, and 2 minutes to get to where we are now, which would be 9 minutes since combat ended from what I can tell. I don't think combat lasted 10 rounds last fight after I cast spirit guardians to use up the last minute (spell lasts 10 minutes) - though I haven't gone back to count, so theoretically I could have a few rounds of spirit guardians left, which would affect any of the creatures that moved within 15 feet of me, looks like probably C1 and C6)
Technically you should have 2 rounds left, but I miscalculated and thought it was 11 minutes not 9 since you cast it. Because this encounter should be fairly easy for you to overcome and it is very time consuming for me working in 3 dimensions, I'm going to say that those last 12 seconds wew consumed during your walk.
Eiren's three rays kill the Cockatrice above him, it fall to the ground. Eiren make a Dex save DC 12 or take 1 bludgeoning damage from the falling Cockatrice.
Also I forgot to look at C6 to see if it might fall on someone. Velmine have the Bear make a Dex save DC 12 or take 5 bludgeoning damage.
Velmine looks up and prepares her dagger once again. "Flying enemies? This is bad news... I can only reach them throwing daggers..." Both Velmine and the Bear are readying an attack. Velmine with the dagger, and the bear with his Multi-attack.

Yup, that's what I meant, for Velmine's readied action, she'll attack if she sees an enemy distracted. Which in our OOC language means if she can add the Sneak Attack damage.
C2 dives down and attacks the bear, but not before the bear ravages if and Velmine seeing her chance throws her dagger. The three attacks are to much for the Cockatrice and it dies before making its move.
C3 flies down and attacks Baik Attack: 20 Damage: 3 piercing damage, which hits. Baik must succeed on a Constitution save DC 11 against being magically petrified. On a failed save, the Baik begins to turn to stone and is restrained. He must repeat the saving throw at the end of his next turn. On a success, the effect ends. On a failure, the creature is petrified for 24 hours.
C4 disoriented moves 5 feet south until he is out of the darkness and then flies up and around the darkness to the northeast to a height of 15 feet.
C5 flies down and attacks Baik Attack: 6 Damage: 4 piercing damage, which misses. He then climbs up 20 feet provoking opportunity attacks from both Baik, (if you succeed your saving throw) and the Bear.
C7 flies around the sphere of darkness and over the trees.
Baik make your Con Save and opportunity attack if able
Velmine the bear can make an opportunity attack
Then Corven, Eiren, Qu'oth Xavier and Baik are up.
(I have no idea where anyone's health is anymore, so shout out if you need healing)
