After looking a the monster page, I have to agree. Initially I thought it would work as Troll's are humanoid in appearance.
(I was also angling for I15, seeing that it was empty)
Seeing that you were both heading to the same square, I say we go by initiative order Eiren had a 17 and Velmine had a 12. So Eiren made it to I15. Velmine you are at I14 with 50 feet of movement you can either stop there or move 10 more feet. If you decide to move to H15, all attacks from that location will have disadvantage as 8t is only a half of a square.
Instead after his move to I10 he will launch the last 2 meteors at the troll dc 16 dex save or take Unable to parse dice roll. and 6 fire damage as a bonus action and fire bolt Attack: 23 Damage: 17

Velmine manages to make it all the way down to the troll (did you might I15 as J15 is half in the trees?) and attacks with her rapier but misses.
Troll 1 dex save 10. Baik starts another fire in K16 and the troll gets burned.
Meanwhile the fire in the middle of the room actually shrinks a little bit.
Eiren's chill touch misses (can you tell me where you movem to, to get into melee range?)
