CAT CHASE
Nox teleports, runs, and dashes, putting some distance between him and his pursuer. The Griffon stays behind to try to slow down the enemy, but none of its attacks penetrate the man's magical skin: "I laugh at your puny attempts!"
The Owl continues to fly at full speed, hoping to come across the rest of the party soon.

The TallBlueman continues to fly after Nox. Once he is about 30 feet away, still mid-air, he yells while pointing far beyond the tabaxi: "And now the hunter's trap springs!"
The ground in front of Nox begins to shake violently. the stone steps begin to crack and worked stone pieces start to fall from the walls. A large rumble can be heard through the entire structure and dust begins to fill the air. Everyone in the tower feels what can only be described as an Earthquake.
-> Nox has now a good 200 feet of stairs in front of him that count as difficult terrain (the walls and ceiling also become difficult terrain for climbing purposes).
Talon, Le'gal, Bone, Grixx, and Dredge cannot be entirely sure of what just happened, but they all get an even greater sense of urgency given their situation.
Nox stand back up and cast Wall of Force sphere around the bluemen (i think it large enough with 10 feet radius for a huge size creature) entraping him. Movement: seeing the trashed stairs Nox climb further upstairs along the wall creating extra 15 feet gap from the blue men. (not sure about the feet standing up cost half movement but tabaxi has 30 walking and 20 climbing speed idk if i have to subtract 15 or 10 if i use climbing.)
(@Palfatreos: After standing up, you have 15 feet worth of movement, but it is all difficult terrain, including the walls. This means you can only really move 5 feet this turn.)
CAT CHASE
Nox encases his pursuer into a Wall of Force, after standing up. The tabaxi tries to get farther away by climbing the walls by can only increase his distance from the Tall Blueman by another 5 feet. There is now a 35-foot gap between Nox and the Blueman.
The Tall Blueman just observes from within his prison with a smirk. The Owl keeps flying.
The Armored Guards continue to chase up the stairs.
REST OF THE PARTY
Dredge can see the faint outline of the Owl in the distance.
The structure of the tower continues to deteriorate fast as the Earthquake rages on.
Unless the five of you do anything, those last 200 feet worth of difficult terrain between you and Nox will add two rounds to your estimated ETA. Dredge is not affected by this.
UPDATED ETAs:

At the beginning of the Tall Blueman's turn, fissures begin to rip into the stairs from the continued damage from the Earthquake spell. This is a tower however so... it begins to come down. The Tall Blueman looks amused, watching this unfold from within his very safe and invisible Wall of Force. He then picks a spot near Nox, and with another pointing motion creates a Fire Storm. A storm made up of sheets of roaring flame magically appears on and around the tabaxi, never having to go through the Wall of Force in the first place.
-> Concentration saving throw for Wall of Force {DC 20}: 5 - The tabaxi unwillingly releases his prisoner.
Free, the Tall Blueman will fly right up to and on the other side of the bard, who is struggling to keep his grip on the crumbling walls. He is now mid-air, only 5 feet ahead of Nox on the staircase.
(@All: Now with the fissures, there is no doubt the tower is coming down. You gotta find your way out here.)
(Nox is up next, but everyone can post on how they are dealing with the crumbling tower.)
Dredge begins to rage, counting on the endurance of his anger and the incorporeal form of the Fire Elemental to keep him safe from the crumbling tower (essentially, I'm counting on Fire Form to keep me safe, as I am assuming that there will be a space at least one inch large in my 10x10x10 space, raging as a back up)
Le'gal thoughts are similarly grim as the place begins to shake apart. Her council, she keeps to herself. Yet, as they ran along while trying not to fall over as things began to fall apart, her thoughts turn towards a desperate thought. A 'what-if' involving Banishment and their own forms. Were they so tied to this other plane as to be consider 'natives' now? Or quite the opposite? And if the opposite... who did she dare risk leaving behind?
For the sake of her sanity, Le'gal buries the questions behind a"Faster Forms. Talon?"She calls out in suggestion to Talon. If it should seem as if he agreed, she drops her Invisibility to grant him a target. And if not, she holds back on dispelling it in favor of shouting monosyllabic words of encouragement; such as, "Better! Faster! Stronger! etc" to Talon.
Le'gal gives Talon Bardic Inspiration(d8). (Note. Does not break Invisibility, as it is not a spell or attack.)

NOX'S TURN
Resolve fills Nox eyes as he decides to stand his ground and fight. He curses the Tall Blueman and stabs with his rapier twice, sinking into flesh once. The tabaxi immediately assumes a defensive position (Tall Blueman - CMD: 50).
As best as it can, the Owl lets its master mentally know that it has located Dredge. (Never mind, the familiar is beyond the telepathy range of the Find Familiar spell.)
LEGENDARY ACTION (end of Nox's turn)
The Tall Blueman looks victorious: "This is it for you, prey!"
-> Maul (melee weapon attack with reach) vs. Nox: Attack: 21Damage: 31 magical bludgeoning.
Nox shifts his weight just in time to avoid the blow.
ARMORED GUARDS' TURN (first batch)
The Armored Guards move closer and finally get a chance to look down their crossbow sights. The first salvo of bolts attempts to pelt the tabaxi:
-> Crossbow, hand (ranged weapon attack) vs. Nox: Attack: 18Damage: 7 piercing.
-> Crossbow, hand (ranged weapon attack) vs. Nox: Attack: 16Damage: 4 piercing.
-> Crossbow, hand (ranged weapon attack) vs. Nox: Attack: 5Damage: 3 piercing.
-> Crossbow, hand (ranged weapon attack) vs. Nox: Attack: 21Damage: 6 piercing.
One bolt would pierce Nox's skin, but he raises a magical Shield to preent it (reference).
LEGENDARY ACTION (end of Armored Guards#1-4's turn)
The Tall Blueman looks a bit annoyed that his supposed final attack was dodged. He tries again:
-> Maul (melee weapon attack with reach) vs. Nox: Attack: 31Damage: 29 magical bludgeoning.
Nox shows he is not ready to go down just yet.
ARMORED GUARDS' TURN (second batch)
A second salvo of bolts attempts to pelt the tabaxi:
-> Crossbow, hand (ranged weapon attack) vs. Nox: Attack: 23Damage: 8 piercing.
-> Crossbow, hand (ranged weapon attack) vs. Nox: Attack: 10Damage: 3 piercing.
-> Crossbow, hand (ranged weapon attack) vs. Nox: Attack: 24Damage: 11 piercing.
-> Crossbow, hand (ranged weapon attack) vs. Nox: Attack: 10Damage: 6 piercing.
No bolt pierces Nox's skin this time.
LEGENDARY ACTION (end of Armored Guards#5-8's turn)
The Tall Blueman looks more than just a bit angry: "Die!"
-> Maul (melee weapon attack with reach) vs. Nox: Attack: 28 Damage: 35 magical bludgeoning.
-> Here is a concentration check on the Tall Blueman's Earthquake {DC 11}: 22 - The Earthquake rumbles on.
REST OF THE PARTY
Talon searches for cover but quickly comes to the realization that they are inside a collapsing tower. He concludes that if they are still inside by the time it comes down (very soon), he and his companions will DIE. The dwarf then desists from looking for cover and continues to go down the crumbling steps as fast as he can.
GraxxRages to help mitigate the incoming damage and, for what is most likely the first time in his entire adventuring life, produces a shield to help that bit extra. Tempus will protect him, after all.
Le'gal ponders on the available alternatives but settles on maintaining his [spell]invisibility[spell] and making unacknowledged suggestions to Talon, despite the inspiring thought.
Bone does the safe thing and ignores the destruction and demolition job happening all around him (*insert 'this is fine' meme here*). Like Talon, the kenku settles on continuing his sprint down the steps.
Dredge is confident his Fire Form will keep him safe from the tower's structural failure. Not one for gambling, the genasi also goes into a Rage. The druid then finally reaches the combat zone. Although he is still far from his tabaxi companion (100 feet), he is able to make the form of the TallBlueman just as he finishes striking Nox down.
The Owl has now flown past Dredge, and Grixx and Bone can now see it.
-> Rolling INITIATIVE for Dredge (using Fire Elemental's stats): 17.
-> Since Nox is not down, he needs a CON saving throw after being hit with that maul attack {DC 15}: 19 - Nothing happens.
19. Tall Blueman (CMD: 50; +5ft) - concentration on Earthquake (counter: 8), affected by Hexblade's Curse (counter: 9);
19. Nox (0ft) - benefiting from Shield and a +2 to AC until beginning of his turn;
16. Dredge (+100ft) - activated Rage (counter: 9); in the form of a Fire Elemental;
08. Armored Guards#1-4 (CMD: 0, -15ft);
04. Armored Guards#5-8 (CMD: 0, -20ft).
NOTE: Distances above are relative to Nox's current position with the (+/-) indicating that they are (ahead/behind) him.
(Tall Blueman goes next but I won't be able to get to his turn at this moment. Please feel free to continue to post on what your characters are doing in the meantime.)

Le'gal had er'red, and now the error would soon cost her. This would not do. It takes a few tries, but eventually she gets a hand on Talon long enough to utter, "Rule 10. Let none shake resolve."A blue aura surrounds Talon, then fades from view save whenever his feet touches the ground. Whether by choice or happenstance, it becomes impossible for anything to hinder his movements.
Le'gal casts Freedom of Movement using a 5th level spell slot on Talon, ending concentration on Invisibility in the process.
The Tall Blueman takes flight: "I am not done with you just yet, filthy tabaxi!"
He flies with incredible speed, dashing his way past the Griffon and Nox. He is now 10 feet ahead of Nox, blocking the tabaxi's way up.
-> This triggers attacks of opportunity for both Nox and his mount if they wish to use their respective reactions that way.
(Nox et al. are up next.)
((Wouldn't Bone get 90 ft? Full 30ft movement, action to Dash, then Cunning Action to Dash as bonus action.))
Either way, Bone is charging down the stairs as fast as he can. He mimics Le'gal's "Foolish cat."
