Dredge's head wound begins to bleed out.
LEGENDARY ACTION (end of Dredge's turn)
Not yet seeing his next opponent, the TallBlueman (you now know his name is Ooguay as he called himself that a few rounds back) produces a magical bolt on his hands and launches it at Dredge for good measure. Now that the genasi is no longer made of flame, he reverts back to the more traditional lightning bolt instead of the one made out of cold energy.
-> Dredge's DEATH saving throws (successes: 0, failures: 2).
Amid the lightning strike, a little bird leaves Dredge's general vicinity, trying desperately to find its way out. It has purple and pink feathers, but it is so young and tiny that it still has a material form. It resembles the Nagpa's pre-experiment hawk. It is unlikely it will survive this crumbling tower nightmare.

Realizing his situation is dire, Bone jumps out of hiding and decides to go out with a fight. He moves 30 feet closer to the TallBlueman unhindered by the now truly jagged terrain. As he moves, he fires three arrows. Although they all hit, only one manages to brake Ooguay's skin, though the magic bow forces him to feel its sting in full (Tall Blueman - CMD: 52).
Bone is now only 40 feet away from Ooguay.
LEGENDARY ACTION (end of Bone's turn)
The Tall Blueman produces another lightning bolt: "My next hunt appears, small as it may be..."
Hearing Bone's screams after being hit by the lightning bolt, Grixx does another 180-degree turn and rushes toward his sworn protectee. The barbarian moves at full speed but is slowed down by the unstable terrain.
-> Grixx is able to move and dash for 40 feet. He is now 60 feet away from Bone and 100 feet away from the Tall Blueman. This is all difficult terrain. Grixx sees his opponent for the first time.
LEGENDARY ACTION (end of Grixx's turn)
The TallBlueman produces another lightning bolt: "Another challenger!"
The thick and opaque liquid surrounding Talon and Le'gal begins to dissipate. Beautiful, clear, well-illuminated water takes its place as the pair continues to hold their breath. Not too far away, to their northeast, they see a conglomeration of hundreds of humanoid and other creatures. Merfolk, marids, aquatic elves, tritons... all swim gracefully around a gigantic underwater sphere. It resembles an oversized pearl, except its made of an internal pearlescent fluid that moves and swirls at its own pace. Among the spectators, almost every species of salt- and fresh-water marine life coexist.
They all seem to be fixated at what they can see on the surface of the gigantic pearl. A very tall man wearing nothing but a quilt and sandals (that's right, in this game they are Scottish) throws lightning bolts at three opponents in rapid succession. One of them, a djinni of some kind, is down for the count. Another, a small black feathered bird, tries to survive by shooting arrows at the tall man. A third, a muscular and bearded human male, rushes into battle with fury in his eyes. The spectators are cheering in their underwater noises and look well-entertained.
Besides the spectacle, Talon and Le'gal see very little around them. An almost infinite amount of water seems to surround them in all directions. The only other thing of note is that right behind them, a perfectly square section of that familiar liquid wall continues to swirl, its own liquid unique and not mixing with the much greater ocean. Despite it's fluidity, the magic piece of wall seems to be crumbling fast, and short tethers made of the same strange material connect both Talon and Le'gal to the patch of liquid wall behind them.
The closest spectators, no more than 40 or so feet away from the pair, turn to notice the sudden intrusion. Tridents, spears, and harpoons rise up instinctively, as do a few palms being orbited by arcane malice. There is enough of them to quickly overwhelm Talon and Le'gal, especially in their home surf.
Le'gal had the breathe to spare, she'd sigh at the turn of events. She settled for giving the aquatic folk a deadpan look that noticed them. Her gaze than drifts back over to the tethers; a sinister promise, if nothing else, but more importantly... probable proof of her original means of escape proving futile in the end...
With a roll of her eyes, Le'gal goes for broke passing both Cube and the ruby she fished out from the coffin earlier in the grand escape. The look she gives isn't a long one; but, the meaning was clear. No matter his next decision, she trusted him to act as he thought necessary. Turning back, she tries to swim over to the spectators that took notice of their presence with mostly her legs as to keep her hands visible and palms open as much as possible.
Once she got within at least fifteen feet, or as close as possible before being warned to halt, Le'gal motions to her neck, then holds out her hands: palms faced upward, and wrists together in surrender.
"Surrendering. No Harm. Need Air. Trade Then." She states, burning through precious air for the scant few muffled but carefully spoken words.

The Tall Blueman flies past the rising kenku (no attack of opportunity here unless you have a melee attack with a 10-foot reach). Bone cannot be sure whether his opponent chose to ignore him or did not notice that he was not dead. After flying 50 feet towards Grixx, Ooguay produces a bolt of pure acid in his hands and launches it: "Your turn, human!"

Grixx see's Bone fall once again will drop his shield and draw his greatsword. This causes Grixx to rage again trying to shake the painn away. Grixx shouts, "I WILL HAVE VENGEANCE! IN THIS LIFE OR THE NEXT!"
Grixx will use all normal movement to get as close he can.
He will then hold an attack for when/if the Blue Man get's in range.

Grixx reduces the distance between him and the Tall Blueman by another 20 feet and holds his greatsword high, ready to swing it if given the opportunity.
LEGENDARY ACTION (end of Grixx's turn)
Ooguay responds by throwing another acid bolt at the barbarian.
The protective magic layer Le'gal had placed on Grixx(Death Ward) springs into action, and the barbarian is left standing with a sliver of life (1 HP).
Bone notices the TallBlueman has flown by and aims three arrows at his back knowing those will be his last three arrows fired as a kenku. None of the arrows hit, but they are enough to get Ooguay's attention.
LEGENDARY ACTION (end of Bone's turn)
Ooguay throws another magic bolt at the kenku, this time choosing fire as its essence.
The ranger's feathers go up in flame as he slumps forward. Bone is now unconscious, incapacitated, prone, and should start rolling DEATH saving throws on his turn.
TALON & LE'GAL
Le'gal passes the cube and ruby to Talon as the aquatic folk approach menacingly but slowly and cautiously. They also begin to feel the tethers to their backs getting a bit taut.
The loud rumble of the collapsing tower approaches rapidly and furiously. Thick pulverized debris take over the air and rush down the steps as a heavy fog. Visibility goes way down and nothing else can be heard over the thunderous sound of the collapsing tower. This is it: Grixx knows these to be his last few seconds inside this tower.
-> DEX saving throw to mitigate the damage of failing tower {DC 25}. Damage roll: 149.
Bone: auto-fails DEX saving throws (unconscious) - takes the full 149 bludgeoning damage.
Grixx looks around at his fallen companions and the tower crumbling around him. Spreads his arms wide and looks to the sky. "Tempus! I have failed! Reforge me into a warrior worthy of your banner so that I do not fail my warband again!"
Bonus Action: Grixx will end his rage accepting the end.
Talon considers his options in the blink of an eye.
1. He could attack the Scotsman. Strikes against such a plan: a. He would need to move forward far enough which probably wouldn't happen in time to be effective. b. The reason for attacking would be to save his friends and himself and both of those outcomes seem improbable if that choice is made.
2. He could try a Mass Suggestion on the unruly crowd that is gathering but again the questions outweigh the solutions. What to suggest? Can he help his friends if successful? Unlikely.
Talon chooses option 3. He follows Legal in both direction and submission. He will not make any threatening moves.

Grixx accepts his fate as a storm of debris and stone descend on the him.
Elsewhere and still unaware of the end met by their compatriots, Talon and Le'gal also submit to an overwhelming force. They however, do not get a chance to see what their potential captors have in store for them. The tethers tighten, pulling them backwards with force. They go through the portal they opened once again just before it crumbles out of existence. An unknown amount of time passes with the two warriors in a pool of thick, earthy liquid, before they are pushed out of it by uncertain means. The experience is intense and painful (Talon and Le'gal take 22 psychic damage).
By the time Le'gal's headache alleviates enough for her to look around, she sees an unconscious (but stable) Talon lying on a familiar cold stone floor next to her. In front of her, a tall and slender man, with no hair on his head, and skin of a dark complexion stands with his hands behind his back. His white robes shift and a hand is extended towards Le'gal. "I see at least one of you survived. That is good news for you and your group. Come, follow me to my ward where you shall get treatment and wait for your companions."Talon's body begins to levitate, still holding both the cube and the ruby. It floats after the bald, slender man, as if following him.
YOU ARE NOW OUT OF INITIATIVE. DO AS YOU WILL, LE’GAL.

Grixx turns to ensure Bone and Dredge are following him. When he notices that they are not behind him. He shouts out their name "BONE! DREDGE!".
As Grixx still doesn't see them he has no choice. He goes back down the stairs after them, using his action to dash.
Dredge's head wound begins to bleed out.

END OF INITIATIVE ROUND 9
Here's a rough visual representation ("dt" means difficult terrain):
Talon/Legal--->100ft(dt)--->Grixx--->60ft(dt)--->Bone--->40ft(dt)--->Tall Blueman (Ooguay)--->55ft--->Dredge--->350ft (approximately)--->Exit
(Tower and Tall Blueman are up next.)
A very loud burst and roar is heard from upstairs. The tower is coming down. There are only a few precious few seconds left.
-> DEX saving throw to mitigate the damage of failing tower {DC 22}. Damage roll: 108.
This counts as a third failed DEATH saving throw for Dredge. The genasi's body begins fading away.
This would also forces Bone into 0 HP, but his Death Ward kicks in. Bone has 1 HP instead.
(Tall Blueman is next.)
Le'gal had the breathe to spare, she'd sigh at the turn of events. She settled for giving the aquatic folk a deadpan look that noticed them. Grixx is now 50 feet away from the Tall Blueman, who in turn is another 10 feet away from Bone. All of these distances are difficult terrain.
Here's the fire damage from being aflame: 4 (Tall Blueman - CMD: 56).
-> Concentration check on that Earthquake {DC 10}: 11 - it shakes on.
(Grixx and Bone are up next.)
Bone will launch a full assault on the Ooguay.
((You mentioned that he may not have noticed I was not dead. If I attack him does that count as suprised?))
Level 3 Assassin Feature: Assassinate - "...and any hit you score against a creature that is surprised is a critical hit."
It's no big deal if it doesn't work. Just trying to get the most out of Bone before he dies.
Bone slowly stands up and aims his bow at the man known as Ooguay.
He fires his first arrow: Attack: 21 Damage: 10
He stumbles and picks himself back up and mimics, "Bone." He fires again: Attack: 20 Damage: 21
He mimics once more, "Finally, Peace" and will fire the Stalker's Flurry: Attack: 20 Damage: 23
After that last arrow he falls to his knees and closes his eyes and mimics once more, "Peace. Coming. Home."

Grixx see's Bone fall once again will drop his shield and draw his greatsword. This causes Grixx to rage again trying to shake the painn away. Grixx shouts, "I WILL HAVE VENGEANCE! IN THIS LIFE OR THE NEXT!"

Attack: 26 Damage: 15
Grixx reduces the distance between him and the Tall Blueman by another 20 feet and holds his greatsword high, ready to swing it if given the opportunity.
LEGENDARY ACTION (end of Grixx's turn)
Ooguay responds by throwing another acid bolt at the barbarian.

END OF INITIATIVE ROUND 10
Here's a rough visual representation ("dt" means difficult terrain):
Talon/Legal--->120ft(dt)--->Grixx--->30ft(dt)--->Tall Blueman (Ooguay)--->10ft(dt)--->Bone--->400ft(approximately, first 40ft are dt)--->Exit

-> DEX saving throw to mitigate the damage of failing tower {DC 25}. Damage roll: 149.
This is more damage than Bone's maximum HP and thus counts as INSTANT-DEATH to the kenku (no DEATH saving throws required).
This also forces the first Relentless Rage save for Grixx:
-> CON saving throw {DC 10}: 14 - Grixx remains at 1 HP.
(Tall Blueman is next.)
A bit disappointed he will not have the time to finish the rest of the party on his own, Ooguay looks at Grixx and says: "Don't come back."
With that, the Tall Blueman Plane Shifts out of the death trap he created.
(Grixx is up next again. He is alone in the tower now.)
Grixx looks around at his fallen companions and the tower crumbling around him. Spreads his arms wide and looks to the sky. "Tempus! I have failed! Reforge me into a warrior worthy of your banner so that I do not fail my warband again!"
