@laserwhit you also need a concentration check for channel divinity. I don’t know if it’s actually possible for you to fail a DC as low as 10, but if you have Con saves of +8 or less, then you can fail it. I’m guessing you will be fine, but just a note
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(NOTE: I forgot to mention this in the appropriate post, but please note that Bone has dropped his concentration on Hunter's Mark due to being incapacitated.)
DREDGE'S TURN
-> Dredge moves to {D77 - the center mass of the dinosaur}.
-> Dredge attacks Drago with advantage because he is unseen. After the attack, Dredge loses his invisibility. Drago uses his last Lucky die to try to force a miss, but fails.
-> Jury moves to {B77} and removes the portion of the facial platting affected by Heat Metal. Please recall that this means that Jury's AC is down by 1 point until Jury spends an action to repair it.
-> (@Hydra: I'll rule that, if you so choose, you can keep concentration on the spell such that the piece of armor platting is still hot on the ground. Up to you.)
-> (@Palfatreos: Jury's movement triggered an attack of opportunity for you, but according to the rules set for this PvP, that reaction needed to be announced within 24 hours of the post that elicited it. It is now over 24 hours and this means we'll move on with the assumption that you chose not to use your reaction for the possible attack of opportunity.)
-> (@Ori: No auto-crit for hitting the little alien, but that may be part of the flavor if someone strikes a crit against you.)
-> Verdict (familiar) uses its action to shake Grixx out of the effects of Hypnotic Pattern and finishes its movement to {I78}. Note that Verdict is still invisible.
-> Justice (minion) tries to attack Karwin. Whether this happens before or after Blight in this particular case does not matter, as Justice's attack misses. We can revisit this if for some reason it turns out that the order would matter here.
-> Jury uses Bardic Inspiration to give Grixx and extra d6 to be used on a d20 roll within the next 10 minutes.
PAUSE
At his point we are taking a short pause. The casting of Blight is the only thing pending at the moment. This particular pending point is something that can change the whole scenario of the fight and I want to make sure we are all in agreement before moving on.
@poke: The ball is on your court. Let us know if Karwin is doing anything other than rolling that CON saving throw {DC 16}. Also, let us please reconcile Karwin's HP (I sent you a PM on this subject). I hope to hear back from you soon but may have to invoke our 24-hour rule (in-combat) to keep the game going.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"UNPAUSE"
-> Karwin (autopilot) needs to roll a CON saving throw {DC 16} against Jury's Blight. I am rolling this save on Karwin's behalf here: 18.
-> (@Ori: I noticed you had not yet marked down the spell slot for this spell so I went ahead and did it for you. Please keep track of these appropriately, as it is extra important for this battle.)
-> Karwin succeeds the save, taking only 18 necrotic damage (Karwin - HP: 0/116).
-> Karwin is unconscious and needs to start rolling DEATH saving throws at her turn.
-> (NOTE: This resolves what was pending within Jury's turn. We'll go back into regular orders of things with my next post.)
Drago thinks quickly and wants to help wake Bone but other concerns take precedence at the moment. There are numerous moving parts and so many options. He acts:
A beautiful guilded sword with a gem inlaid hilt of gold appears next to Lot and attacks (bonus action Spiritual Weapon 6th level spell appearing at O,82): Attack: 18 Damage: 16
Drago stands up and activates his Broom of Flying "Burninator!" then disappears (Channel Divinity: Cloak of Shadows, invisible until the end of my next turn, ask the DM where Drago is, I will PM Lerus, he is allowed to share it if he feels it appropriate)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Still within Drago's turn, Lot will try to Counterspell that Spiritual Weapon using a 3rd level spell slot. Here's the skill check required with {DC 16}: 11.
(Edit: Adding a Wild Magic Surge die for that Counterspell, still within Drago's turn: 11.)
-> Lot interrupts his casting with a successful Counterspell (3rd level). Drago's Spiritual Weapon does not enter the battlefield.
-> Drago spends 15 feet worth of movement to stand up, ending the prone condition.
-> Drago activates Channel Divinity: Cloak of Shadows to become invisible until the end of his next turn.
-> While invisible, Drago moves to {I77} with the help of his Broom of Flying and is now 15 feet above ground. Unless you can somehow see through invisibility, no one knows where Drago is. Also, his duplicate is still on the field, and is not invisible.
-> Lot rolled a Wild Magic Surge die but that resulted in nothing.
(@Laserwhit: I am choosing to still reveal your position not only because we have a map that is being used to track these things, but also to formalize your move within the thread. I did something similar not long ago with Verdict, who is also invisible.)
(@All: I'll post Lot's turn shortly. I'll post it without formatting it as a "resolving" post, so it is clear that you all may still act on it.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
For his turn, Lot will use his bonus action to burn a 4th 2nd level spell slot to regain 2 sorcery points. He will move up to {J83} and cast Disintegrate (6th level). He is spending 12 6 sorcery points to activate Twinned Spellonce, and Heightened Spell twice. The targets of the doubled-spell are Jury and Bone.
If the spell goes through, both Jury and Bone would each need to roll a DEX saving throw with disadvantage {DC 17}. If they were to fail, Jury and Bone would each take 87 force damage.
(@All: I'll let this simmer for a bit and resolve it later once I put my DM hat back on.)
(Edit: I'm altering the post to reflect that multiple Metamagic uses are clearly not allowed by the rules. Sorry for that oversight. I'll also add a Wild Magic Surge die roll for the casting of Disintegrate: 20.)
(@All Oh heck no! This death is gonna have to be worked for! @.@)
"Bzzt! Still not the magic word!"Jury sounds and states while reaching out to Lot. And then with a sharp tugging gesture, rends asunder yet another spell to prevent his destruction.
(S/N: Unless Nox has Counterspell, or Lot can use Subtle Metamagic, it cannot be counter-countered since Lot would not be able to provide the components mid-cast for the counterspell)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Still within Lot's turn, he will attempt to Counterspell (3rd level) Jury's Counterspell (6th level). Lot is activating Tides of Chaos to make this roll with advantage, which has {DC 16}. Here's the roll: 25.
(NOTE: No need to roll a Wild Magic Surge die after this casting of Counterspell because it is still within the same turn where one such roll has already been made.)
The casting of the Twinned SpelledDisintegrate stands. Jury and Bone need to each roll a DEX saving throw {DC 17}.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(@All Noone else on the team has an answer for it unfortunately, so goodbye Jury. At least if Zombie boy succeeds he has his marching orders. And Verdict's smart enough to act on its own.)
21. Bone (HP: 11/86) 20. Nox (HP: 87/87) - has activated Hexblade's Curse (counter: 9); 19. Dredge (HP: 131/131 + 68/68) - concentrating on Heat Metal (counter: 9), in the form of an Ankylosaurus (counter: 4 hours); 14. Grixx (HP: 137/137) - may use a Bardic Inspiration d6 (counter: 10 minutes); 10. Jury (HP: 58/89; Verdict's HP: 5/5; Justice's HP: 23/23) - missing facial armor plate until repaired (-1 to AC), Verdict is still invisible due to Dust of Disappearance (counter: 5 minutes); 08. Karwin (HP: 0/116) - unconscious; DEATH saving throws (successes: 1; failures: 0); may use a Bardic Inspiration d8 (counter: 10 minutes); 07. Drago (HP: 61/99) - concentrating on Channel Divinity: Invoke Duplicity (counter: 9), invisible due to Channel Divinity: Cloak of Shadows (counter: 1), flying 15 feet above ground, affected by Hexblade's Curse (counter: 9); 03. Lot (HP: 86/86)
The announcer continues : "HAHA! Well Well, isn't this exciting folks? I wonder if the next batch of peons will be this fast and furious right out of the gate!" He answers himself: "Of course they will! We always bring the best entertainment to our Trials!"
Grixx spends turn drooling.
Drago is feeling lucky again. (Use his last lucky point to roll a d20 against dredges attack: 26)
Still a hit: strength save - 4
Drago is knocked prone
Lot's of stuff ...

-> The attack hits, causing 20 magical bludgeoning damage (Drago - HP: 61/99).
-> Drago fails the STR saving throw {DC 14} that follows the Ankylosaurus' Tail attack. Drago is now prone.
-> Drago succeeds the CON saving throw {DC 10} to maintain concentration on Channel Divinity: Invoke Duplicity.
-> Dredge uses his concentration on Heat Metal to cause additional 15 fire damage to Jury (Jury - HP: 58/89).
-> For the sake of completeness, here Jury's CON saving throw {DC 15} for Heat Metal: 22.
-> Dredge positions himself as to give Karwin 3/4 cover against Jury's current position.
GRIXX'S TURN
-> Grixx spend his turn being charmed, incapacitated and having speed equal to zero (effects of Hypnotic Pattern).
-> At the end of his turn, Grixx's Rage ends.
JURY'S TURN
-> Jury moves to {B77} and removes the portion of the facial platting affected by Heat Metal. Please recall that this means that Jury's AC is down by 1 point until Jury spends an action to repair it.
