A now expected sonic boom fills the room, but it is targeted at the area containing Nox, Sigil, and Le'gal. The tortle and the human are inside the protective Silence bubble, but the bugbear isn't:

Talon will move to DD, -11 and use his innate divine abilities to quickly cast Greater Invisibility on himself.
BONUS ACTION: 2 sorcery points to quicken Greater Invisibility (This will give him advantage against the Marid unless the Marid is within 30 feet of Talon. Of course Lerus could rule that the Marid's visibility in the water might offset that. I'll roll separate advantage dice so we can decide as needed)

Nox move to DD-12 to get a clear sight of Marid and throws a glitterbomb at it (casting Guiding Bolt) Attack: 30 Damage: 13 Radiant damage. If it hits one attack from anybody against it is with advantage until end of my turn. She then move back to her original spot at DD-10

Talon taps into his natural magic prowess and produces two quick spells after moving to the edge of the pool. First he disappears, then he shoots, then he disappears again. Two of his Eldritch Blasts hit their mark, flash-evaporating the water they touch as they enter the pool (Marid - CMD: 91).
The WaterElemental swims through the swirling water and attempts to attack Sigil once again:
-> Slam (melee weapon attack) vs. Sigil: Attack: 8Damage: 13 bludgeoning.
-> Slam (melee weapon attack) vs. Sigil: Attack: 18Damage: 17 bludgeoning.
The hunter is simply too quick in his flawless underwater movement. While this is happening, Nox tries to take advantage of Talon's accurate attacks to shower the Marid in glitter, moving back and forth appropriately. The Guiding Bolt misses.
-> Two concentration checks for the Marid's Control Water {DC 10}: 22 and 20 - the whirlpool begins to decelerate and is no longer a threat.
(Graxximus, Sigil, Charles, and Le'gal are up next.)
Wracked by the force, Le'gal staggers about until finally falling to a knee. She clenches her teeth and forces herself to stand once more, and present her shield to the Marid. "Feel weight of your Offenses."In a 40ft cube stretching from DN-12 to -8 to DG-12 to -8, and down 30 feet and 10ft above the water, all enemy creatures start to feel their movements become sluggish. She then steps over to stand on the opposite side of Nox.
Action: Le'gal Casts Pressure of the Guilty, affecting only the Marid and any other creature(Water Elemental Included) within the above mentioned space. Wisdom Save(DC 16).
If not legally possible as the room is not 40ft wide, then she'll cast Toll the Dead instead, inflicting 11 Wisdom Save(DC 16), save for damage.
Movement: DD-11.

Graxximus rolls the dice once again but nothing happens this time. The art on the wall still shows the swarm of goblins about to reach the adventurers. The message written in blood, "The walls listen" is still there too, unchanged.
No longer burdened by keeping up the bubble of Silence, Le'gal goes on the offensive by casting Slow despite having to shape the spell to fit a tighter space than she is used to. Unfortunately, her reshaping is not perfect, and Graxximus is caught on the spell area as well.

Charles will take a deep breath and...
OPTION A) Will run to DD-12. If he CAN see the Marid he will cast Disintegrate (Dex Save DC 18, on failure takes 73 necrotic damage)
OPTION B) Will run to DD-12. If he CANNOT see the Marid, but he CAN see the Water Elemental then he will cast Disintegrate (Same thing as above, if you want me to roll damage again here: 83)
OPTION C) Will run to DD-12. If he CANNOT see either the Marid or the Water Elemental (or if the two creatures are too deep underwater for option A/B spells) then he will ready a Scorching Ray on the trigger of the ability to see either the Marid or Elemental. (Attack/Damage Rolls in spoiler below.)
Attack: 22 Damage: 9
Attack: 26 Damage: 4
Attack: 29 Damage: 2
If I have disadvantage/advantage here are the three rolls: 241812
If the Marid casts a spell during it's turn, Charles will cast Counterspell (DC Check: 14) using his reaction.
(Don't believe I've forgotten anything. If you have any questions, please let me know!)
EDIT: To clarify, on Option B, he will casting Disintegrate on the Elemental if he CANNOT see the Marid.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Noting that the whirlpool has stopped swirling around him, Sigil takes the chance to cut the WaterElemental a bit more. As before, the blade is not very effective but the follow up radiant spark does its job (Water Elemental#3 - CMD: 78).
(@Superbad: Please recall our homebrew rule that says that for diagonal spellcasting in a 3D space, you have to account for the horizontal plus the vertical distance between you and the target. So, Charles can see the Marid, but it is too far away for your spell. We'll therefore go with the next option, which is option B. Also, no need to roll a second instance of the same damage.)
Charles also approaches the pool's edge and then blast the WaterElemental away from Sigil:
-> WaterElemental's DEX saving throw {DC 18}: 9 - 2 = 6. The creature is Disintegrated out of this plane (Water Elemental#3 - CMD: 152 -> DISINTEGRATED).
-> No one else was affected by Le'gal's Slow, so I'll assume she drops concentration on it.
Distraught that its whirlpool was destroyed, the Marid will swim to the surface and attack Graxximus with its weapon:
22. Talon - concentrating on Greater Invisibility (counter: 9), activated Blink (counter: 3) and Hexblade's Curse (counter: 4), benefiting from Shield of Faith;
Charles will notice the Marid reach the surface. He casually points a finger at the Marid, casting Finger of Death (CON Save DC 18) for 61 necrotic damage. He will then use his movement to run back behind the corner at CZ-13
Le'gal swims out to DE-11, and readies to cast Order in the Court at the point between {DE-12, DE-11/DF-12, DF-11} as the pulse from the pyramid seemed the most imminent. (ie. After everyone currently up has gone). Though if she can see the point it is in due to the build up of power, she instead direct the spell surrounding its immediate area in hopes of sealing the discharge.
Either way, she warns the rest of her intentions.

Having disposed of the water elemental, and with fears of the thunderous pyramid taken care of, Sigil launches himself towards the Marid, simply speaking as he approaches. “You focus on me, creature of Water. You will not touch those I protect.”A small beam shoots from the glyph on Sigil’s forehead, starting at Charles and quickly moving to Graxximus. ”Battlemaster, you come to me! Let me ward you in this fight, for if the creature harms me, it suffers.”

Talon returns to the same place from which he disappeared. He will call on his patron's strength to Hex the Marid, immediately sapping its strength. He will blast the Marid with the same patron energy.
