Priton will use prestigidation to make his voice boom and say "Stop". Then returning to his normal voice "We will get all of you out of here, firlong, i thank you for what you have down, but it may present a problem in getting all of you out of here safely. Do any of you have the ability to use something like message." Priton says then he will start attacking one of the spire thingies

"Alright, follow with us but stay behind, would any of you know where they kept the mining equipment, then we could at least get you something to defend yourselves." Priton says as he looks in any openings to find a storage area

As you look around, you see a large pile of scattered equipment: pick axes, shovels, hammers, etc. The equipment wasn’t treated well and just towed by the miners when they were told to rest. They begin to pick up their items from the pile.
Looking around you just see the three monster corpses still chained, Tyriel’s body, three cages, a small crate that has packed rations and a blue stone with symbols carved onto it. Very closely mirrors the one that Tyriel used. This is tucked back behind a stalagmite. The rest is just open rock and dirt tunnel until you get to the calm shore of the pond.

Priton will whisper to the group, i want you guys to watch the group, we know tyriel had cultists so he may have a few within them." Then he will open the rations crate and give them out equally to the group of prisoners and then say to everyone. "Alright everyone, theres a village nearby that we came from, were going to get you there and see what else we can do to make sure you all get back to your homes. Make sure you are watchful as there are some, unsettling creatures in these lands and we may encounter some." Priton says "Also firlong come talk to us as we go along, we have a few questions about the skull." Priton says as he starts to lead the group out of the cave watching for anything suspicious

OOC: Is there an underground lake lake in this chamber or just the lake outside? Is there only one way out this chamber? Is it the one we took to get here?
Hermenor inspects Tyriel’s body for goodies: perception: 12.
OOC: there is a lake inside the cave, it starts in the cavern you are in and goes all the way to the wall, there is no way to walk around it or tell if it goes anywhere without diving in. You only see one tunnel and that’s the way you came in. There is also a lake outside.
Inspecting the body of Tyriel you find: a coin pouch containing worth of 35 gold, one dagger, the flat round stone with arcane engravings that he used to teleport, one emblem on a necklace - the same one found on the other cultists to protect from the shooty columns, and his Black robes.
after spending a little time with the stones Priton and Hermenor will find them to be: teleportation stones, (it wouldn’t let me tooltip them in, but I will add them to your inventories - two people can attune and each keep one stone so you guys can teleport to each other)

"Before we leave," Hermenor says to his companions, "We might have to dive into this underwater lake and try to retrieve this dark skull the miner mentioned. Do any of you have a way to tell if there is any danger underwater? If not..."
Hermenor approaches the edge of the water and tries to rely on his many years of experience at sea to tell whether there are any dangerous creatures hiding in the dark waters (Survival? -> 5).
Both Hermenor and Ragnir walk to the edge of the water. Ragnir’s divine sense reaches out and there is no indication of anything evil. Hermenor after stirring the water a bit sees some movement, appears to be some small fish. It’s unclear if it means the water is connected or some small life forms live off of the bat droppings and bugs that land in the water. The water is surprisingly clear and not clouded as on would expect from all the dirt and dust. Some stalagmites pike through the surface showing that at least one point of time in history it wasn’t always a lake.
The firbolg’s face lights up at the mention of a town/encampment nearby. You’ve seen the hostages face of relief, but this is the first smile you have seen from any of them. “You know of this place? Tell me, did you meet my brother? Did you speak to Shranemara?! Are they okay?”
At his mentioning of his brother you do recall one firbolg at the camp sitting by a small barrel of ale as you walked through. He is the one tending to your horses while you are away.
“What is your name, firbolg?” Hermenor asks. “We know of you brother, yes, and we’ll be happy to take you there. But first, where exactly did you throw that dark skull? Can you point at the general area? Have you ever seen any creatures in this lake? Any dangers you know of?”
“Rufus” He begins to rub the back of his head.”It was pretty dark, but I made sure to throw it a good distance. I never touched it, I put a cloth over it first so nobody would see it. Only the occasional fish jumping.”
"Hmm, I don't like this skull being left here, but i think it would be best to get everyone back to their people and homes. Rufus do you know where these people are from such as your village or everywhere. And we will of course get you back to your home, and I believe we may have met Shranemara, Do you know if he was the leader of these cultists or that he was just a part of it." Then to the group of people "For those who have missing things we will try our best to get your stuff back but our hands are sorta tied as we cannot find them. If we can we will help you get your stuff back if we can find it." Priton says

Rufus sits down, trying to relax in the slightest. “I don’t know these people, but my people will take them in. At least for a while to gain their strength before sending them back to their homes. They one over there (pointing to the corpse of Tyriel) would talk about demands from superiors, but he was the boss at least in the cave.”

Spending some time the party successfully demolishes all the stones left in the cavern. Freeing the miners to walk about freely.
